Bill was the technician who repaired our garage door today. He was here for a different repair about a year ago. On both occasions I found him to be prompt, courteous, competent, very knowledgeable, and just a very nice person. Our experience on both occasions could not have been more positive. I would give Bill and Precision a five star rating!

The technician gave me 3 options for the type of repair needed and did a great job of explaining each, when I chose the 1 I considered best for me, he went right to work and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. The garage door's gear was old and worn out. Bill replaced it. He was knowledgeable and down-to-earth, thanks Bill! And the price wasn't outrageous ????

We originally called for service because of a problem with our Genie opener not operating properly with a remote. Your service rep investigated and pointed out some installation errors which were causing the problem and suggested a new opener which, when instelled properly , would solve the problem and give us a smoother and quieter operator. In addition he pointed out a 10 year warranty on the new unit. We followed his recommendation and are pleased with the results. In addition, he inspected our second door(without an operator) and made some repairs that were required to enhance its operation. Altogether we were impressed by his service and professionalism.

I chose Precision after getting a disappointing response from 2 other companies. I did a Google search and Precision showed up. I was thrilled to see the 24x7 hours. I had a problem with my remote control and couldn't get into my garage via the emergency release. Your technician worked diligently to finally get the door open and he helped me reset the remote and keypad. Thank you so much for the service!

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision. They had previously done work on my garage door. My car was trapped in the garage as the spring had broken and I couldn't lift the door electronically or manually. I was glad they were able to come out the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. I greatly appreciated him. Overall, I would give him and Precision my highest recommendation!

I was able to make an appointment right away, good customer service. Paul Broschk was my technician, awesome guy. Knowledgeable, efficient, and just all-around personable. Thought the new equipment (spring, cables, bearings, etc) was a little steep in price, especially after some research, but, quality-looking and warranty backed. I would recommend and use their services again.

Your representative was at the house very promptly, and that was especially important as I had a serious appointment at the time. Don't object to the $65 cost of the service cost. The second time the rep has made a heavy pitch for about $700 upgrade of my door. Very expensive calls if response is positive.

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

Excellent service. Since garage door would not open and car was inside, emergency service was provided without addition cost. Technician immediately detected problem, explained it fully and provided a quote. We accepted the quote and rebuild was completed within an hour. We found Precision on Angie's List and are very pleased with the service.

Presicion had done service for us before, so, naturally I called when I saw a service provided through Amazon. I did not contact Amazon, but called Precision directly. I had not realized that I had a life time warranty so I was glad that I had called Precision instead of dealing with Amazon. Bill did an excellent job and ordered materials for further repair which I requested. Rating is five star.

Very pleased! Called Precision for general maintenance on the door (springs, rollers, lube etc...). Z was awesome....courteous, professional, listened to & answered my questions, explained everything that was happening, why & what needed replaced...did not try to over-sell...definitely will recommend & won't be calling anyone else for future needs. :-)

Customer service was excellent! Our tech called to ask if he could arrive early which shocked me. Compare that to the cable company that gave me a 12 hour window and came at the very end. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a good, better and best estimate for what needed to be repaired. I was very impressed by the different options and also the warranties that came with the option I chose. It seems like Precision truly cares about customers and stands behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough about the excellent service I received this past Saturday! The door just up and quit, I called and Paul Broschk was here very shortly. Fixed all the things that were wrong with the door and installed a new garage door opener. Very professional, explained everything and did a great job! He's one of a kind and the BEST!
