I received your company's name through Angie's list. I did like the reappointment email with the name and image of who would be doing the service call. When Anthony arrived he was very nice and informative about questions I had. He went above and beyond the service call special I had secured through Angie's list, even using a hammer to break up the ice on my drive so the door would close. Will definitely use you again!

I choose Precision from the phone book. I was pleased with the person taking my information as she was very helpful. The time of the appointment was satisfactory and Paul called gave an estimated time of arrival and was here as excepted. He reviewed the problem, checked what needed to done and gave me the option to pick what work I needed done. Paul reviewed what he did and if anything didn't work I could call and a service call would be made. A rating of 5.

Had the springs in our garage door break on a Saturday afternoon during a nasty snow storm. I called Precision at 2:45PM and they had someone at my house by 5:30. The technician was extremely professional and did an excellent job working on my door. I would recommend them to anyone based upon this experience

Five stars rating for sure. My technician, think I recall his name was Zoran, did a great job. He called me the night before the appointment to see if I had tried some simple fixes before coming out. He was trying to save me money. None of those simple fixes were viable so he came out the following day on time and showed me the issues. He then gave me three price options to consider which I appreciated. He completed the work in about one hour and the door operates perfectly now. Well done!

Definitely a five star operation. Ryan took care of everything needed (sprocket assembly replacement) for the quoted price, and we are quite thankful for weekend service at a fair price. The only glitch was some miscommunication on the dispatch side. We were told that Ryan would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00PM, and that he would be calling us at 11:00. One o'clock came and went, and we still hadn't heard from or seen anyone from Precision. My wife called again at 1:00, Ryan called us at 1:20, and he made it to our house around 2:00PM. Everything was completed in under an hour. Not bad. Precision is now our Garage Door Service provider of choice. Great job!

I've had trouble with the garage door and opener a few times over the past year. I had another company perform those services, but I decided to try Precision Door this time. Paul thoroughly inspected the garage door and opener. His evaluation explained why I've been having trouble. A new, lighter weight door and a new opener have been ordered. It will be good to not worry about future door problems. Paul was friendly and personable. He's a good ambassador for Precision Door.

I am sure all of us have experienced being held hostage by a service provider at one time or another. That is why it is vitally important for our technicians to be on time or, if necessary, communicate with our customer that they are running behind schedule. We want our visit to be positive one.

My Garage Door broke this morning at about 8am. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a young lady and she scheduled an appt. for between 9 and 12am. Paul Broschk called about 9am and said he would be here in 15 min. He was and the service was excellent. The garage door was stuck and it would not go up or down. The service was prompt, Paul was Courtious and the job was done and I am Happy. Thank you for a job well done.
