I've rarely ever seen such exceptional service from a company. Both the gentleman who made the original service call and Ryan, the specialist who came out to do the work, were incredibly dedicated, professional, honest, and and passionate about their work. They genuinely seemed excited for me and were proud of the company they worked for. When it came time for the work to be done, I watched Ryan obsess over minor details long after the new garage door was in and working properly, before informing me that the work was complete. The new garage door works like a dream and looks amazing, and I'm very impressed by the affordable lifetime warranty they offer, where they replace all parts for life, free of charge, including springs. I can't sing this company's praise enough. They did an amazing job.

I was amazed with the speed and quality of my garage door service. Called at 12:30, Zoran came about 15 minutes later and finished about 2:00 pm. Zoran recognized the problems, provided the estimate and did the job well. I have use Precision Service in the past and will continue to rely on this company for all garage door problems. Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. Al called me within 20 minutes, worked me into his schedule around his lunch hour, and completed the work that I agreed upon in a very professional manner . I am extremely satisfied.

The while thing went very well. I called on a Sunday and asked for a Monday appointment, which was given to me right away. I received an e mail with the techs name that was going to come it also had his picture. I think this a great service. When Will got here he looked. At the opener and told me what was wrong. He was able to tell me how old my opener was, I did not think it was worth saving, so I purchased a new one. He did not push me into buying one!!! He did a great job of installing a new opener and then I asked him to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door, which he did. I could not be happier with the service Will provided.

Thank you for the outstanding Customer Service that I received from Dispatcher to the Technician. Mr. Bill Adamini, is a true professional and the customer service that I received from arrival to departure could not be measured and he did not try to overprice the repair and that was greatly appreciated. We did not experience this service from a previous Garage Door company that we had previously did business with. Mr. Adamini is an asset to Precision Door.

Great job on the Garage Door Repair today. Called before the scheduled appointment and came out a few hours early. Good inspection and explanation of the problem and what was needed to be done to repair it. Just under 2 hours later, I had 2 new springs, new cables, new rollers, and a new bracket with the opener reconnected. He also explained why I needed to replace my garage door opener as well, as the problem should not have occurred. I could not spend even more to get it replaced at this time, but I appreciated the explanation. Overall, great job, with very friendly and professional service throughout.

We had a broken spring replaced 5 years after a complete overhaul of our garage door and were only charged a service fee. I called every door repair company in Lorain County, no one wanted to come out after 5pm. I called Precision, transferred me to the technician, told him my problem, he said he was on a job and could be there in around an hour. He arrived when he said, checked out the problem, suggested some other areas that might need attention, gave me a price, He went to work, within an hour was done, my door has never been better. It runs so quiet now I actually have to turn and look to see if it is closing. Outstanding service, Outstanding Technician. Nothing but the highest praises. You will regret calling anyone else!!!

I was EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of your companyâ?¦from the time I made the call and talked with the secretary to the same-day completion of the project! The repair was done by Zoran Jovanovic. He checked all points and then explained all options to me thoroughly. After I agreed to all of his suggestions, he completed the entire task within a two-hour span and removed all excess material. Once again, he showed me everything he had done and told me the job was completely successful. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends. The professionalism and service are impeccable!

The release cord did not work during a power outage which resulted in our having to cancel an appointment. When I called I was told there might be a service fee assessed if it was found that the parts were not under warranty. I did not feel that was warranted since the door opener was fairly new. I contacted the main office by email and was promptly contacted by Jeff, the owner of the facility which we had used. He listened to my complaint and arranged for a technician to come and inspect and repair at no charge. The technician, Anthony, was prompt and efficient. He replaced the part and then demonstrated how to use the cord release and how to re-engage it. He also allowed for me to do a return demonstration to insure that I understood.
