No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.

I was in great need for my moom's garage door to be repaired right away. I choose out of the phone book the company closest to my Mom's address. I am very satisfied in the choice that I made. Mike seemed to be very knowledgable he took care of the job right away.He even recomended what I could do to prevent further damage to my doors. Great job Precision and staff! Our garage spring broke. Your Yellow Pages ad got my attention with 24 hr. service, BBB, Angies List, fully insured, etc. Each time I called, a friendly, helpful person answered the phone right away. Matt, our service tech, was friendly, professional and caring. He did a complete safety inspection, answered all our questions, gave us not only his recommendations but confidence in making our decision. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the price was what we were quoted with no hidden charges.

The repairman communicated well, arrived on schedule. He inspected the door, found a problem we had not seen, and repaired it under warranty. A small scratch in the new door section occurred on route to our house, which the repairman offered to replace. I chose to have the scratch painted, instead.

Precision replaced our three garage doors. From the first call, Precision was very responsive to our inquiries about style to fit with our historic home, energy efficiency, cost, and installation. We dealt with Al Fleming throughout the process, and he was instrumental in making sure the doors fit and operated smoothly without significant changes to the structure of the openings. At all times, Precision got back to us in a timely fashion, worked with us as to scheduling, and were reliable in all aspects of the project. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Precision to anyone in need of new garage doors.

We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.

Just recently purchased a house and had the garage door opener fail within 2 weeks. Had heard about Precision through a neighbor, but also found them on the internet through a web search. Was very impressed by the reviews. Called Saturday morning -- technician Paul arrived in the afternoon -- diagnosed the problems and installed a new opener and hardware immediately. We were very impressed with the service -- from the initial phone call to Paul's excellent work. Definitely would recommend Precision!

Some guy named Jim Boland had been here in 2005 and left a "lifetime warranty on parts and labor". That warranty was honored without any problem or confusion. I also used the $10 off service charge coupon from the yellow pages - also honored without question! Same day service - actualy within a few hours by a competent and friendly serviceman. I'd have clicked 6 stars if you had them up there!

Five stars all across the board. Technician explained and showed problems. Confident in his judgement. WE had a hardware change out- rollers, broken springs, cables. Came within hours of calling on a holiday weekend with no extra charge. Wow! Fast and reasonable. Definetly would recommend and get again. Felt company and tech was reliable and safe. Zoran was local which we really liked as opposed to getting someone out of the area which can make us uncomfortable.

I am very pleased with Anthony's workmanship and his knowledge of how to properly replace my garage door snap latch. While the garage door snap latch may appear to be a small part, there is a tremendous amount of labor and precision required to get the part fitted properly. Anthony did a terrific job!

Mr. Petroff was a joy to have in our home . He is very courteous and instatntly built a relationship with me by his very complete explanation concerning the condition of our door. I felt that this was a very professional description of what the problem was and how it should be fixed . I also felt that he had our safety in mind as his utmost concern . I felt totally at ease with him and felt that he was very trust worthy . Mr Petroff is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door because of the quality of his technical expertise and the manner in which he interacted with me personally . I thank you very much for sending him and I give both Mr. Petroff and Precision Door A FIVE STAR RATING . This high mark is very hard to get from me because I am a craftsman in another area . Mr. Petroff keeps a very neat van and assures me that all the people , equipment and staff at Precision are top flight . I did like all the fixes that your technician did and he was very curteous and explained everything he was doing. The only reason I did not give you a 5 star rating is your billing or receipt process. I never got a print out and still really am not sure what the bill consisted of other than the handout your technician showed me initially. I don't fault the technician with this but whatever software you are using. So please could you send me a copy of the bill Thanks. Frank
