My garage door operator stopped functioning on Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday morning the first thing and they sent a lovely polite and efficient repairman who came promptly at 10AM replaced the unit and was on his way by twelve noon. He explained all about the new unit and said that if I had any questions in the future to call Precision and they will give me the answers that I was seeking. I love their guarantee and also the manufacturers warranty. I would certainly recommend them.

Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and Bill Adamini diagnosed the problem with the sensors so he replaced them with updated units however, the limit switch was the other issue so he came back the next day and replaced the faulty unit. He was very professional and explained what he was doing through out the entire service call and even kept my son entertained by sharing with him one of his favorite hobbies which was frisbee golf. He also put in a keypad to make it easier for the kids to close the garage. We highly recommend Bill as a top notch technician and he has proven his technical savvy by installing a new unit he has never done before. Thanks again Bill for a job well done and hope to have you out on our next service call... But not too soon since we have had much success in the reliability of our unit.

Our garage door spring broke so the door couldn't be opened. I called Precision later in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next day. Technician Paul Broschk arrived to repair the door and I found him to be very friendly, easy to talk with and professional. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I chose the option that I wanted and he changed the springs, rollers, cables, etc. and was done with the job in about 1 hour after which he showed me what he had done . I am really pleased with the job Paul did, the door works smoother and quieter than it ever did, and I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service .

Hi, When I called I was told a technician would be out between 11:00am-2:00pm . Paul called 10:10am and said he was in the Berea area and would be by in about 20 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later took a few minutes to greet my husband and I. Another 5 minutes to check out what needed repairing on the garage door and another 5 minutes to explain the good, better and best repair options. Then it took about 1 hr to complete and explain what he did . He was polite and courteous . I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you !

I called Precision because my garage door had become stuck closed and they had been the previous company to service my opener. The previous owner of my unit had left there business info right in the garage and I'm glad she did. While I was able to get the door open eventually, I went ahead with my appointment to find out what had caused the problem. Anthony was my service tech and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with the opener. He went over the process of using the manual release and inspected the door and all the parts, during which time he noticed how my cables were damaged. He quickly switched those out for me and now my door is closing perfectly flush with the ground (it was slightly off before). I also had an extra car remote made. Overall, it was well worth the money to have Precision come out and service the opener. I learned quite a bit and am very, very pleased with the outcome and the service that I received. Will definitely recommend.

Without hesitation, I select 5 stars for your company's fine service & prompt response to my request for repairs for a broken spring. Starting w/ the operators who took my call and subsequent scheduling of an appointment for required repairs, your office staff was friendly, polite and efficient. And then the actual appointment where your nice gentleman took the time to explain & repaired the door. I believe this is the first time the door closes-all the way so no light is visible under it - & thus the cold air is blocked. Your repairman was a gentleman, and he did an amazing job restoring the closing of the door (especially in this extreme cold weather..... I may have previously sent an e-mail to you - prior to finding this e-mail. If so, please overlook if this a duplication. I chose Precision Garage Door due to the advertisement in the Garfield Heights phone directory. I was very pleased with the technician. He was very knowledgeable about the door. I needed several repairs - new spring, rollers and a new motor. I am amazed how quiet this door is too when opening and closing it. I am very happy with the service.

Service was very good but quote is a bit high. Also did not receive our Angie's list discount and final price was a bit higher than quoted in person. I would suggest shopping prior to making a commitment unless you absolutely need the repair ASAP.

My installer was as good a salesman as he was a repairman. Had I not had as many tools and things that needed protected with a closed door, I may have researched pricing a little better. The installer was very friendly and did a wonderful job replacing all the parts to get the door working. He was very competent and I would recommend him for his work. I just feel the cost was very high.
