Bill was awesome, and right on time. Even called to let me know he was on his way. Service was super fast and efficient, he never tried to up sell me on parts I didn't need. He noticed a bad cable during his inspection and replaced it immediately. 5 year warranty on parts parts labor just can't be beat! Lifetime customer right here. I will happily recommend these guys to anyone with a garage door issue! Thanks!

I have used Precision Door before and always been happy with their service. They are prompt and I know who is coming in advance. Paul was terrific and replaced the door opener and helped reprogram our car remotes. He was super helpful!

I had the pleasure of having Bill come to my home for a repair service the same day I called to schedule. What a great Company this is and what a great guy bill is. He performed the job quickly and efficiently. Since I had been thinking of replacing/upgrading my garage door, Bill was able to give me a price estimate, so now I know this is a possibility in the near future from Precision Door Service.

Tech arrived on time, price very expensive. Tech did not do (25 point inspection) as soon as he left I closed the door the garage door motor blew up, (coincidence) could be. Offered to sell me a new opener for $655 which seems high. Had to call tech Back the next day because tension springs were uneven which he should of noticed 1st time around. When he did come back he wanted to charge me $110 to replace it. Was not comfortable with this company.

I am so thankful for Paul stopping by and fixing my garage door. Also thank you for meeting my budget. I need to get rid of the darn mouse. Once it is gone then I can get the weather strip replaced. Otherwise it will do the same thing to the new one too.

This morning, Paul from Precision came out to my house to look at the garage and give me an estimate for new doors. He was right on time, even at 8:00 in the morning, and came right at the beginning of the two hour window. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions, and confident that he addressed my concerns. I put down a deposit, and am now awaiting the doors to be delivered for installation. The process has been easy and pleasant so far, and I have no doubt I will still be able to say that after the project is done. Paul is awesome!

Andy called first and arrived on time. He looked over the problem , then discussed the different options we had. At no time was there high pressure to do anything but the least to put the door back into operation. Bottom line we got a new opener with limits and two door spring. He left the garage clean . Anthony replaced our very old garage door opener today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door and Anthony. We were able to get a next day appointment when our old equipment stopped working, Anthony called before he got here (earlier than expected), and was here for under 2 hours. In that time he installed the new door, did some basic programming, set up an extra remote for us and verified that I understood the operation. He was very coginzant of COVID precautions, wore his mask the entire time, and maintained distancing. We're very happy with the service we received.

Our experience was excellent. First making the appointment was quick (with polite people). Then, during the appointment, we were given options and knowledge and time to make our own decisions. Nothing was pushed on us. Anthony was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! A Google search showed us the company had great reviews and then the company sent out bios on their employees with all this detail. We were happy that they weren’t random people because we have been burned many times in the past. It felt like someone had our back and not there to just to nickel and dime us.

Our garage door wouldn't open. The technician came and the the inspection, and we knew that just for coming out and performing the inspection, it would cost $65. The technician explained to us that the total cost would be $800 to fix everything. We have a home warranty, and part of the warranty process is to call the home warranty and have the on-site technician speak to the representative, in order for the home warranty representative to determine if we (as homeowners) could be reimbursed for services rendered; this required the technician from Precision to speak to the home warranty representative, which took less than 3 minutes. After discussing what work needed to be done for our garage exactly, we (me & my partner) stepped away to discuss what to do. The technician actually started taking equipment/tools out of his van and was preparing to start work, but we had not given our permission or approval for him to start work. We decided to get a second opinion and when we told the technician, he got very hostile and upset that we even wanted a second opinion - almost that he took personal offense that we didn't trust him or his assessment of the situation. As he was becoming more unfriendly towards us by the minute, we just wanted him gone & out of our house. My partner settled the invoice quickly -- the technician failed to explain what (and how much) we were being charged for. Later that day, we received a copy of the invoice via email which had a spot for the homeowner to sign as their way of "approving" the work and amount charged. We never signed the invoice -- it was a slash mark made by the technician. The technician actually double charged us: $65 for the inspection and another $65 for "Labor - phone call with home warranty." As previously noted, the phone call lasted for less than 3minutes. Also, the phone call should be considered as part of the "inspection" fee -- since he simply explained what the issue was with our garage door. My partner called the 1800 number several times and was routed to the billing department. He left several messages and still has not received a follow-up call. I called and asked to speak to a manager. One was in a meeting, and I left my information for them to call me back. After a week of not hearing back, I called again, and spoke to a representative who conveyed my message to a manager. They said they would send us a check of $65 to refund the "labor" portion. It's been a few weeks and we still haven't received the refund check. Personally: I do not recommend this company. You have a right to a second opinion and companies should not overcharge you or bully you into using their services.
