Andy called first and arrived on time. He looked over the problem , then discussed the different options we had. At no time was there high pressure to do anything but the least to put the door back into operation. Bottom line we got a new opener with limits and two door spring. He left the garage clean . We have found a new garage door service company. THANK YOU ANDY.

Anthony replaced our very old garage door opener today and we are very pleased with the service we received from Precision Door and Anthony. We were able to get a next day appointment when our old equipment stopped working, Anthony called before he got here (earlier than expected), and was here for under 2 hours. In that time he installed the new door, did some basic programming, set up an extra remote for us and verified that I understood the operation. He was very coginzant of COVID precautions, wore his mask the entire time, and maintained distancing. We're very happy with the service we received.

Our experience was excellent. First making the appointment was quick (with polite people). Then, during the appointment, we were given options and knowledge and time to make our own decisions. Nothing was pushed on us. Anthony was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient! A Google search showed us the company had great reviews and then the company sent out bios on their employees with all this detail. We were happy that they weren’t random people because we have been burned many times in the past. It felt like someone had our back and not there to just to nickel and dime us.

We had Bill come out and replace a broken door spring at our new house. Turns out the spring was so old he would have to replace the whole thing since they aren't made that way anymore. He provided me with more than enough information about how it's outdated and how the new springs work along with an estimate on just a whole new door. I just got the springs replaced this time, but if anything ever happens again you bet I'll be calling Bill and Precision Garage door again.

I called Tuesday night and our technician Bill was scheduled for Thursday morning. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and quickly replaced the garage door springs. He was very personable and efficient and I could not be happier with the job he did.

We were in the process of moving into our new home the 2nd week of November and realized our first night there that the garage door was broken...we were unable to fully lower it and called Precision that same evening. Anthony arrived first thing the following morning and informed us of the damage and that we'd need to replace the door. He was friendly, informative and efficient. He fixed our existing set-up so we could at least fully close the existing door (manually) while we wait for a new door, which will take several weeks to arrive due to a backlogged supply chain. Once our new door is installed, I will provide an update to this review. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Cleveland!
