I had a same day appointment scheduled and Jason called to let me know that he could be there earlier than quoted if it worked for us, and it did, so that was a good start. He was professional and pleasant when he arrived. One spring was obviously broken so it wasn't hard to diagnose that problem but he did show me several other issues. I'm no expert so I took the problems at face value, they seemed legit and you have to put trust in people at some point. After the inspection he offered a few options running from replacing the springs to the "Rebuild Package" which would cover all the other issues plus a few more. The main reason this is a 4 star review is the cost. I know that the price is the price and I always have the option to decline but when something is broken and needs fixing you have limited option. So on one hand I have a fixed door with several issues taken care of and a lifetime warranty but the other hand it could have been done for less money. I get that quality, long lasting parts cost more but even taking that into consideration the prices are high. For instance, $90 for a center bearing plate that can be had for around $10-15. Even saying that it's a higher quality that that doesn't make that price decent. From a service standpoint it was 5 stars. Jason was polite, professional, arrived early, worked quickly and made sure things were right. From an overall satisfaction standpoint I have mixed feelings and that is purely down to the cost which seems very much inflated even taking the quality of the parts into consideration. I guess ultimately something is only worth the price that somebody is willing to pay and I paid the price.

I don't know that I've ever been more impressed with a company than I was with the repair that was done on my garage door on Sunday. As my wife and I were leaving for Sunday brunch, our door came off track, dangling on both sides. I called to schedule an appointment as I was already preparing to call off work on Monday, as my car was stuck in the garage. To my shock, I got a same day appointment. To even more of a shock, Bill was able to come out, do the repair, and be cleaned up in less than an hour. To my complete amazement, everything was covered under my warranty from the repair I had to do in the fall. I couldn't ask for more. Incredibly quick service, incredible attention to detail, and it was covered under the warranty!?!? You have a customer for life.

Anthony was absolutely amazing and extremely professional in his service today. Our garage door broke and he was able to come out the same day, and get here early for us. Since I've been home on maternity leave & my husband was at work, I had no idea how much snow our driveway had & he couldn't even get into the driveway. Anthony just shoveled the drievway for me, and he is so polite & professional in his work & communication. He clearly explained the problem to me, and was able to quickly install a new garage door opener for us (I guessed on the type in the box below, but it's a new LiftMaster. He took his time explaining everything to me & programming things for me, and I have already recommended Precision and Anthony to my friends and sister whose garage door also recently broke and will likely be calling you soon to make a repair on the west side of Cleveland. Thank you so much! Anthony is truly an example of the type of courteous professionalism that people know they can trust to bring into their home, and that is truly appreciated.

Thanks to Precision Door for handling our garage repair in the most professional way possible. Our spring and cable broke after normal business hours. I called the 800# listed on the website and received a next day appointment. We selected Precision because of its strong ratings and great reviews on Angie's List. Jason, the technician, arrived promptly at the designated time, assessed the door and opener, and gave us options for repair and/or replacement. He was very pleasant and exceptionally easy to work with. He took time to point out issues and safety concerns to me. I felt he was honest and upfront. We still need to decide whether to have a rebuild done or have the old door and hardware completely replaced but we know we will definitely use Precision for the job. I certainly would recommend Precision to my friends.

Your service was at my house within 90 minutes of placing the call for service. Al Fleming was friendly, professional and explained the repair options available as well and updates needed since my system is old. Precision installed two garage door openers several years ago. When I had a problem today I called and they came promptly. My problem was fixed in about a half hour by a friendly knowledgable technician. The price was reasonable, I would give them fcive stars if it had been free! Great service.

Precision certainly met and exceeded my expectations! My service technician Bill was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem and after giving me several repair/replacement options, he replaced the worn gear in the overhead motor. After taking such good care of me Bill left to assist a neighbor of mine. A few days later my door needed adjustment - it was stopping a few inches above the floor. Bill was extremely speedy in returning and making the necessary adjustment. What service! I will not hesitate to contact Precision Door for future door issues. Thank you, so much.

Schedule an appointment to repair a garage door. Anthony assessed the situation, attempted a repair and then indicated that any repair he made would be a short term fix, at best. He recommended replacing the garage doors, provided a quote and placed the order.

I am so glad we had Precision fix my garage door. The cables, the rollers, the springs all had to be replaced. Some additional work had to be done as well. The door was in very poor shape before Zoran worked on it. Zoran, the service technician was great. He was very efficient, professional and polite. He did a really good job and I am very grateful.
