This was a follow-up call to replace the seals. Anthony showed up right on time and just like Ryan who service the door four days earlier the professionalism was outstanding. Anthony explained everything he intended to do so we understood before the actual work was done. I would certainly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

Matt was very responsive to my needs of what needed to be done.He took time to fix the problem & was very courteous.He also took the time to explain to me about a potential problem which could have been very serious.that is replacing the door rollers.He said the could break at any time since the garage was 16 years old.I had the work done on his advise and was pleased at the very quick time to do the repair.Overall I was very happy with the whole experience with Precision.

The technician Matt Petroff did an outstanding job ! He was very personable, compassionate about his job, thorough in his explanation of the services available & most importantly he fixed the problem with our garage door ! Immediately, Matt made me feel comfortable in our discussions of what could be wrong with our door without thinking he was trying to "rip" me off. There was no pressure from Matt to purchase something I didn't need at the moment but he was thorough on what I could be facing in a few years. When he finished the job, he was very clear that I could call his cell phone any time if another issue came up & he would try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first. Job well done ! I found Precision while searching the web. There was no one thing in particular but I was impressed with their website. I phoned for repair and they lived up to everything promised. I was given a reasonable time to expect the technician, who arrived withing the time given. Ryan was very professional and explained the problem in detail and suggested other repairs that I agreed to have him do. All in all I was very impressed and would certainly recommend Precision.

The technician was top-notch and provided highly professional service while addressing the mechanical issues with my door and any other concerns I had. Great experience. Anthony the technician was very professional. He came to give me an estimate but was prepared to do the job. I gave him the okay an hour and a half later my door was as good as new. This was a very old heavy wood door that is now perfectly balanced and goes up and down very easily.

With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.

Great Service! Bill arrived promptly as he indicated in his cell phone reminder. He gave me the estimate I wanted yet after looking at the door while it was functioning also made suggestions Operation is much quieter and both remotes now work on the first try.

I am a member of Angies List and Precision has great reviews so I made an appointment because our spring busted on the garage door. Anthony Wise came and did a terrific job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. the product (springs) were so much better grade than what we had. He explained about the rebuild program and we decided to have him come back and do that and also replace weather strip on bottom. we would request Anthony again

We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door. He checked everything, told us it could possibly be a circuit breaking going bad.... I would call on Precision for sure next time we are in need or when we decide to install a new door. Paul was extremely friendly and professional. He showed me what was causing my garage door problems (very loud sounds and would stick every day when trying to open or close), what he could do to fix it, and then once fixed showed me how nice it worked. It looks and sounds great now. I will definitely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Prompt service and stand by their warranty. Technicians have been well trained and polite. Original installation - 5 star Follow up over a period of several years for cable problems resulted in prompt service and service was covered by their original warranty.
