Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! The Precision Tech called to give me 15 minutes notice that he was on his way which was very helpful to me. He quickly analyzed and resolved the issue that I was having with the sensor and checked the other door components and springs to make sure everything was in good working order. He was very courteous and explained things well which was also helpful. I also appreciate the senior discount and would definitely call Precision again, if needed.

This past Friday I was closing my garage door when the spring completely broke. I googled area garage door service/repair companies and Precision was one of the first on the list. I called and actually spoke with a real person, who tried to get a technician out to me that day. When she was unable she said she could have someone out the next day for no additional charge. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town through the weekend so she scheduled an appointment for Monday between 8 & 10AM. Around 8:15 I received a phone call from Bill Adamini saying he was en route and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed my garage door situation and explained to me that not only were my springs bad but my cables were fraying as well. He walked me through step by step what was wrong with my garage door and why he wasn't able to fix certain parts of it. My house was built in 1949 so many of the parts are not even made anymore. I inquired about purchasing a new garage door altogether and he was able to give me information on that as well, along with quotes. He ended up fixing the springs and said that if I were interested in purchasing a garage door through Precision that the total I paid for the springs would be deducted from the garage door total. Also, he did not charge me a service fee for coming out to my house. He was polite, courteous, and friendly and explained things to me in detail. He documented everything and then showed me at the end what his write up looked like. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for prompt,reliable and professional service.

I did like all the fixes that your technician did and he was very curteous and explained everything he was doing. The only reason I did not give you a 5 star rating is your billing or receipt process. I never got a print out and still really am not sure what the bill consisted of other than the handout your technician showed me initially. I don't fault the technician with this but whatever software you are using. So please could you send me a copy of the bill Thanks. Frank

No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.

He did a complete safety inspection, answered all our questions, gave us not only his recommendations but confidence in making our decision. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the price was what we were quoted with no hidden charges.

The repairman communicated well, arrived on schedule. He inspected the door, found a problem we had not seen, and repaired it under warranty. A small scratch in the new door section occurred on route to our house, which the repairman offered to replace. I chose to have the scratch painted, instead.

We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat.
