Precision certainly met and exceeded my expectations! My service technician Bill was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem and after giving me several repair/replacement options, he replaced the worn gear in the overhead motor. After taking such good care of me Bill left to assist a neighbor of mine. A few days later my door needed adjustment - it was stopping a few inches above the floor. Bill was extremely speedy in returning and making the necessary adjustment. What service! I will not hesitate to contact Precision Door for future door issues. Thank you, so much.

Schedule an appointment to repair a garage door. Anthony assessed the situation, attempted a repair and then indicated that any repair he made would be a short term fix, at best. He recommended replacing the garage doors, provided a quote and placed the order.

I am so glad we had Precision fix my garage door. The cables, the rollers, the springs all had to be replaced. Some additional work had to be done as well. The door was in very poor shape before Zoran worked on it. Zoran, the service technician was great. He was very efficient, professional and polite. He did a really good job and I am very grateful. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on a garage door. I am very pleased. On a scale of one to five(five being the highest) they get a six.

Called Precision, and was set up with an appointment faster than I believed was possible. Received confirmation email with a list of Precision employees and their photos for security. Paul was wonderful. Quickly assessed the issues, explained the problem in a way that was clear, even tho I know very little on the subject. Bill was very professional, explained everything to my satisfaction and understanding level. Prompt, easy to talk to and thorough, when he came out today to replace our door opener. He checked all aspects of our garage door and also discovered that the wire that travels in the tracks to pull the door up and down was getting frayed / worn out, so we replaced that also - saved us from having that break next! Very pleased with his service, and he represents your company very well! Note - I'm not sure whether the new opener is the Liftmaster belt or gear drive type - it's the 3/4 horsepower better model.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had a respectful and informative technician, Zoran Jovanovic. I certainly needed new springs; but after further assessment, I needed additional work (all the original parts were showing significant wear and potential problems). It was all explained very clearly with pros and cons. The excellent part was that I did not feel pressure to have the additional work completed. Because it was not needed to be done for imminent safety, he let me make the decision without pressure. I will recommend this company.

First, I was happy to see that my repair could happen on the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 3-6 timeframe and Bill actually showed up early which was even better! He did a great job with the repair as well as going over my opener to make sure it runs better. He was able to repair it even better than before I had my issue.
