I found Precision Garage Door on Angie's List, and was not disappointed with their service. They sent their technician Anthony out, who arrived that same day and even earlier than promised. Anthony explained all the problems with my door, and outlined the steps and costs necessary to fix them. It turned out to be a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but he was able to work with me so I could get all the problem areas fixed.

Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems. My service tech Bill Adamini was awesome. Not only did he repair the remote quickly, he brought my garbage can up from driveway and helped put a aluminum siding piece back on ! There is no other place I would go for anything that has to do with my garage door!

We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take. I stayed out in the garage as he worked and he told me a lot of things about the doors and maintenance tips.
