Job well done,quick response, but too expensive. I figure $300. max. ($100. service call,$100./hr for repair,took less than an hour,$100. for springs. That seemed fair.

I was truly impressed by my experience with Matt Petroff. He reviewed our needs and clearly presented the different options to us. When we selected one of the options, he was willing to stay late to perform the installation on the same day. I called yesterday using a Valu-Pak ad and Bill came promptly this morning. He was very polite. He kept me advised as he tested each part of the garage door. He installed a new opener and cable. He was able to easily answer each question I asked. He cleaned up all of his materials. He used his electronics for the receipt and billing with ease. I am well pleased with the service and would use your service and Bill again. I would also recommend him to others. It was an excellent experience.

Bill brought me a new opener, he had to reprogram the very old one, the keypad opener and the new one.
