Setting the garage door remote to a new car was confusing both in the car manual and on the opener. Anthony and I were able to eventually figure it out. As has been my experience the service and response from Precision Garage Door was exceptional.

I am very pleased to write this review. I give Precision five (5) stars. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back, I was able to speak to a person and set an appointment. The Technician was at my home by 8:30 A.M. and finished before 11:00 A.M. He was professional, personable, thorough and courteous. He gave complete explanations, offered options and did an excellent job. I will recommend Precision to my friends and relatives. Bill was very professional and very informative. I thought I needed a new torsion spring when instead all I needed was the bearings greased. It is refreshing to work with a technician that is so professional, honest and friendly. We had Bill stop by on Friday to repair our old opener that had been malfunctioning. He took time to review the problem and discuss repair options. We settled on purchasing an opener and having him install it on the following Monday. He provided us with his business card so that we could reach him with any questions and he gave us excellent advice. Bill arrived right on time and had the garage door opener installed and my cars programmed within an hour. It was a pleasure working with him and we would happily recommend Precision Door and Bill Adamini for any future repairs.

I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago. I just happen to see Paul across the street working on my neighbors doors. I asked Paul if he had time to come over and look at the two doors I had. Paul said of course and he'd be happy to look things over. After his evaluation, he said he would be back that afternoon to address the few things he observed. He was right on time and did a great job explaining in "plain english" just what needed to be down. He did exactly what he said he would do and did a great job. Customer friendly company from the receptionist who took my call and scheduled the appointment to the technicians who completed the repairs. The technicians who performed the work completed an inspection then offered me repair vs replacement options including the cost of each. I plan on using this company again when the time comes.

After a poor experience with another local Garage Repair company, I went with Precision after reading many reviews left by customers. The company is very well managed and it is obvious that customer service is a priority from the first call. The technician made contact to confirm the appointment and was punctual. Anthony was very professional and although the problem was not "usual" he offered me a few options and was thorough in attempting to solve the issue the most cost effective way, but also gave me his opinion of the best solution for long term. He wasn't there just to sell me a new garage door opener. He was very patient with me with my many questions & through my decision-making. I am super happy with my decision and with Anthony's install. The opener is a pleasure & the good service was appreciated.

Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.
