Five stars all across the board. Technician explained and showed problems. Confident in his judgement. WE had a hardware change out- rollers, broken springs, cables. Came within hours of calling on a holiday weekend with no extra charge. Wow! Fast and reasonable. Definetly would recommend and get again. Felt company and tech was reliable and safe. Zoran was local which we really liked as opposed to getting someone out of the area which can make us uncomfortable.

I am very pleased with Anthony's workmanship and his knowledge of how to properly replace my garage door snap latch. While the garage door snap latch may appear to be a small part, there is a tremendous amount of labor and precision required to get the part fitted properly. Anthony did a terrific job!

Mr. Petroff was a joy to have in our home . He is very courteous and instatntly built a relationship with me by his very complete explanation concerning the condition of our door. I needed repairs on the bottom corner of my door and sealing strip due to a rodent having chewed its way in and taken up residence. Precision's service was prompt and at the time they promised. Paul did a great job of explaining what he needed to do and getting it done without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. The job was completed a day ahead of when it was promised. I would definitely hire Precision again.

Matt quickly diagnosed the problem (door did not open fully), did the necessary service, and re-programmed the control panel for the correct up-and-down travel. I am very satisfied with Matt's service and when I asked (curious) about the cause of the problem, Matt thoroughly explained what had happened. I feel confident that any problem, or even a suspected problem if something isn't operating just right,will be taken care of promptly and properly by Precision.

Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies
