After a poor experience with another local Garage Repair company, I went with Precision after reading many reviews left by customers. The company is very well managed and it is obvious that customer service is a priority from the first call. The technician made contact to confirm the appointment and was punctual. Anthony was very professional and although the problem was not "usual" he offered me a few options and was thorough in attempting to solve the issue the most cost effective way, but also gave me his opinion of the best solution for long term. He wasn't there just to sell me a new garage door opener. He was very patient with me with my many questions & through my decision-making. I am super happy with my decision and with Anthony's install. The opener is a pleasure & the good service was appreciated.

Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.

Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. I also had my metal rollers replaced with vinyl rollers and my garage door is a little quieter. I will be a returning customer to have a new chain drive put in to replace the current outdated one. I am a satisfied customer

I called Precision after another company gave me an all day time frame for showing up and never called before showing up. Although I was within 5 minutes of the house, they came and left and said I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled, but with Precision and very glad I did. "Z" was very professional and courteous. Impressed by their website I called Precision to help me with my emergency situation, which was a half open garage door with my only car trapped in the garage. After calling for service, Bill Adamini arrived within 45 minutes, which was also impressive. He was highly professional and very nice, offering me competent help and assistance. He solved my immediate problem, which got my car out of the garage and the door closed. I now look forward to having him back in a few weeks to instal a new door and opener.
