I give Bill a 5- star A+ rating. He was courteous, friendly, informative and efficient, explained the purpose of necessary parts, answered questions, and educated me. Bill repaired my broken garage door springs and my garage door opener. He even went out of his way to help me with my garage door opener remote that was not working properly and gave me an old one he had in his truck that he was not using. I was very happy with my service, so I would say that Bill performed an outstanding job; quite an asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

The chain came off of our mechanism and the door would only go down about half way. A technician, Paul, came within a couple of hours of our distress call. It was one of the coldest days of the winter. He examined the situation and explained our options. Our openers were 23 years old. After hearing his recommendations, we decided to go with new openers and asked him to proceed. He was very conscientious, neat and thorough.

Matt pulled off an amazing surprise for my elderly parents and went beyond the call of duty! I live in Virginia as was asked to pull off a huge task of surprising my parents with their very first garage door opener (without them knowing it)...perfect Christmas gift right? In 84 years, they have never had the luxury of having an automated door. Their garage was built in 1911 and it was questionable if there was even enough headroom to install one in the first place. I turned to Angie's List to find the best garage door opener installer reviews out there and just trusted it was all truth. Overhead Garage Precision Door Service was a the top of the list for all the right reasons. Their service was top notch all around! All the "covert" arrangements, appointment setting, explanation of the correct opener to purchase was done long distance over the phone. I also had the privilege of working with Brad Buzzelli and a Jeff Ware who answered all of my questions, prior to assigning Matt as our Technician. Their answering service did an outstanding job also. I spoke with a Ms Doneli and at least three other wonderful ladies. All of them were so nice and dedicated to getting me answers fast. Matt was excellent in meeting up with my brother and niece at the precise time he said he would be there...making sure the coast was clear of my parents. He was also excellent in trouble shooting when he realized there was not enough headroom but managed to install supports that would allow the unit to work perfectly. His 15 years of experience really shined at this moment of uncertainty ...he came through with his extensive knowledge of what to do in this instance. Mr. Petroff's service did not end there! Today, he called my parents to make sure everything was to their satisfaction. My mother expressed how excited she was to have such a wonderful gift! However she could not program her inside car remote because it required her to get on a ladder. With in less than 30 minutes Matt was at my parents house to not only program their car to the remote, but he also install light bulb(s) in the overhead light compartment that came with the unit. Matt would have done all of these things on the day of the install but my parents did not return until hours later for the big reveal/surprise. Matt kept his promise "to return, if needed" ....but went a step further by reaching out to them first. Matt really made this an excellent & fun experience. I will be sure to write a glowing review on Angie's List as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my parents so happy! All is a model employee. He evaluated my broken garage door opener and gave me several recommendations. He worked very diligently replacing the mechanism. I checked on him several times because it was very cold and, eventually dark outside. He would always give a big smile and say he was doing just fine and keeping warm. I rate the overall service a 5. The technician did call ahead of time to let me know he was running a little behind schedule and would call me when he was on his way, which he did. The technician Bill Adamini arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. The techican explained the course of action needed to for repairing the garage door. Upon completion he demonstrated the corrections maxed.

Even my 15 year old son who is extremely hard to impress said Paul had one of the best personalities of any technician that had ever come to our house. He was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Paul explained all options in an easy to understand format and completed the work in a timely, efficient manner. He was a wonderful breath of fresh air compared to most experiences we've had. You have a gem of an employee at your company.

My service tech was Bill Adam uni and he was awesome. He contacted me in advance to introduce himself and I told him what I thought was the problem. Bill was prompt and explained the problem and what needed to be done. Once completed, he showed me what he repaired, had me check the door. Bill has excellent customer service skills and I give him a rating of 5 and the overall experience a rating of 5 also.

I chose Precision because it was the first available company that contacted me, and was not disappointed. The technician who arrived when he said he would arrive was pleasant and highly conscientius throughout th eprocess. He completely explained the problems I was having with my old gragge door opener and told me what needed to be done, which was to install a new system. Matt Petroff, the skilled technician was pleasant and friendly, but he was all business when it came to installing the new system, which he explained fully to me before he left. I was impressed by the way he worked right through the lunch hour and never took a break. The result was a fine, quality product, installed by a fine, quality person that gave me a good feeling that made my day - a day that started off with my old system collapsing causing the garage door to fall down with one huge thud! Five stars for your company and especially for Matt.
