Matt quickly diagnosed the problem (door did not open fully), did the necessary service, and re-programmed the control panel for the correct up-and-down travel. Thank you for all you and Paul did for me today. Everyone was so willing to alter my appointment as my day unfolded and Paul arrived right when he was expected. Paul was perfect--courteous, very knowledgeable, tested things out before he made any repairs and found the problem right away. He fixed it with all that he needed being on the truck, did it in a timely way, and took time to explain all repairs to me. Great experience!

Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies

I was very pleased with the service I received from Precision Overhead Garage Door. The technician, Bill, called when he was en route and let me know when he would arrive. Setting the garage door remote to a new car was confusing both in the car manual and on the opener. Anthony and I were able to eventually figure it out. As has been my experience the service and response from Precision Garage Door was exceptional.

I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

It is refreshing to work with a technician that is so professional, honest and friendly. We had Bill stop by on Friday to repair our old opener that had been malfunctioning. He took time to review the problem and discuss repair options. We settled on purchasing an opener and having him install it on the following Monday. He provided us with his business card so that we could reach him with any questions and he gave us excellent advice. Bill arrived right on time and had the garage door opener installed and my cars programmed within an hour. It was a pleasure working with him and we would happily recommend Precision Door and Bill Adamini for any future repairs.

I found the technician, ( Zoran ), to be very professional and informative, both in explaining the repair options, and the repairs that were performed. I just happen to see Paul across the street working on my neighbors doors. I asked Paul if he had time to come over and look at the two doors I had. Paul said of course and he'd be happy to look things over. After his evaluation, he said he would be back that afternoon to address the few things he observed. Customer friendly company from the receptionist who took my call and scheduled the appointment to the technicians who completed the repairs. The technicians who performed the work completed an inspection then offered me repair vs replacement options including the cost of each. I plan on using this company again when the time comes.
