We installed a garage door opener and we needed some miner repairs done to make sure the door would work properly. Anthony Wise showed me what needed to be done and fix the trouble points we were having. The door is back working. A broken spring on our garage door is a horrible way to start the holiday season but a phone call and having Paul show up from Precision made my life a little easier. Paul was very upbeat for a cold morning. He did a very quick assessment and made some recommendations and said he will be done in an hour. He was done in less than an hour and walked me through everything he fixed, checked and lubed. He also gave me some tips on how to take care of the new system. I have a double garage and if the other spring breaks I will definitely give Precision a call! Quick, easy and friendly!
We have learned from experience that garage doors break at the most inconvenient time. Our job is to be available to answer the homeowners call for repair. The weather is inconsequential, we just have to dress warm. Do not hesitate to call on Precision Door for any garage door needs.

Though we had no repair he did a complete check of the door and the garage door opener. He lubricated the tracks and opener rail and took the time to explain the things that could fail and offer solutions. The service Tech was Craig, he was 6 hours early but fortunately somebody was home to grant him access to the garage. Outside of having to go back to the shop for parts, he was very very polite and professional. I only gave 4 stars because I think ya'll are priced a bit high and this rating should not reflect on Cig who deserves 5 stars.

I have only one suggestion, the original trim on the outside frame of my garage door was little wider than your replacement trim which requires me to paint the frame. I am sure that is something you can easily accommodate, I know trims come in various widths. Thank you.

As for the stops, unfortunately some of the older doors have the wood stops, which are slightly wider than the more modern stops. We hope it is not to much of an inconvenience to you.
