Mr. Bill Adamini, is a true professional and the customer service that I received from arrival to departure could not be measured and he did not try to overprice the repair and that was greatly appreciated. We did not experience this service from a previous Garage Door company that we had previously did business with. Mr. Adamini is an asset to Precision Door.

Great job on the Garage Door Repair today. Called before the scheduled appointment and came out a few hours early. Good inspection and explanation of the problem and what was needed to be done to repair it. Just under 2 hours later, I had 2 new springs, new cables, new rollers, and a new bracket with the opener reconnected. He also explained why I needed to replace my garage door opener as well, as the problem should not have occurred. I could not spend even more to get it replaced at this time, but I appreciated the explanation. Overall, great job, with very friendly and professional service throughout.

I called every door repair company in Lorain County, no one wanted to come out after 5pm. I called Precision, transferred me to the technician, told him my problem, he said he was on a job and could be there in around an hour. He arrived when he said, checked out the problem, suggested some other areas that might need attention, gave me a price, He went to work, within an hour was done, my door has never been better. It runs so quiet now I actually have to turn and look to see if it is closing. Outstanding service, Outstanding Technician. Nothing but the highest praises. You will regret calling anyone else!!!

I was EXTREMELY impressed with all aspects of your companyâ?¦from the time I made the call and talked with the secretary to the same-day completion of the project! The repair was done by Zoran Jovanovic. He checked all points and then explained all options to me thoroughly. Bill made the service call promptly (was even able to come earlier than the appointed time), and was able to make the adjustments to our door. He was courteous and professional.

The release cord did not work during a power outage which resulted in our having to cancel an appointment. When I called I was told there might be a service fee assessed if it was found that the parts were not under warranty. I did not feel that was warranted since the door opener was fairly new. I contacted the main office by email and was promptly contacted by Jeff, the owner of the facility which we had used. He listened to my complaint and arranged for a technician to come and inspect and repair at no charge. The technician, Anthony, was prompt and efficient. He replaced the part and then demonstrated how to use the cord release and how to re-engage it. He also allowed for me to do a return demonstration to insure that I understood.

Z, our technician was absolutely the BEST! He did a thorough examination of our garage door with all of its issues, including the fact it was 30 years old, and gave us an honest, conservative estimate of what we could do to make it safe, run smoothly, not sound like a freight train and provide security. Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! The service was prompt, within hours of calling -- and it was thorough. All the parts were covered under warranty, and the young man was happy to review everything he fixed and even showed me that the spring that was broken was replaced with a slightly larger one to ensure durability.
