My garage opener finally died and Precision was there fast to provide a solution. Matt was professional and great to work with. He explained everything very clearly and provided many options. The best path was to get the opener replaced, which Matt did right there and then. I am glad I called Precision.

Found you in the yellow pages. Confirmed my choice thru Angies List. Technician was on time and found my opener was beyond repair. He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables. Zoran represented your Company well. I hope I wont need his services anytime soon but if I should I will call Precision.

Z Jovanovic replaced my garage door springs and I have to say I am really impressed by the quick service call and his professionalism. He explained to me what needed done and fixed it quickly with much better quality parts then were originally installed. I was in a panic when my garage door would not open and I had to leave to get my granddaughter from preschool. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have had Precision door out to my home for garage door repairs (two completely separate issues). My experience both times has been overwhelmingly positive. The technician that replaced our garage door opener today, Bill Adamini, was timely, courteous, professional, and efficient. Once again Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Long story short - Precision Technician Zoran had serviced my lousy craftsman door opener (sidebar-never buy a sears opener, they are junk) and had told me it may not last long. Well it didn't and when it didn't open on a freezing cold morning, I called him and he was at my house in 2 hours and had installed a lift master system in about an hour. My new opener is 1000 times quieter than my junkie craftsman and has MYQ technology. The level of service and honesty is something you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend them and will always refer them to anyone who needs garage door service.

Called on Saturday AM for immediate repair. Very pleased to ear that there was no extra cost for coming out on a Saturday. Another company quoted me an additional $50. I was very impressed with the emial confirmation and that the service tech changed and I received a call confirming that before he came out. He was amazing. Precision has my business moving forward. Used your ad in the AT&T Yellow Pages. The add was clear and concise and your ability to service on the weekends was a determining factor. I would rate your 2 full page add a 5..! As for the work done, Bill Adamini was personable, polite, respectful to property and informative. He completed the work needed in 90 minutes. While I was not prepared to put out over $1,000, I feel very confident that Precision will stand behind their work and warranty. I have one minor concern and that is that the garage door is not closing EVERY time. There is a small bump in the track that Bill & I addressed, and I will give this a week to work itself out. If it still persists in a week, I will call Bill to have it adjusted.......

Zoran Jovanovic was my technician. He was courteous and professional. At first, I worried that he was doing more than necessary, but when the job was completed, it was obvious that he had done exactly what was needed. I have two single doors, and will request that he come back in the spring and rebuild the other door. I will recommend this company (and Zoran in particular) to all of my friends.

I'm impressed with the service! It's about 10 degrees outside this morning and yet your service tech (Bill) greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on repairing my garage door. He fixed the door and did a safety inspection. He pointed out a couple things that need to be taken care -- and he did this without a heavy sales pitch. I'll definitely call you again and recommend you to friends and family.

We used Precision before and this was actually a replacement for a 35 year old unit that was regularly serviced by Precision. Bill was very personable and helpful in explaining the workings of the unit installed and will gladly use Precision
