We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take. I stayed out in the garage as he worked and he told me a lot of things about the doors and maintenance tips. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. Will was the tech that serviced my garage door. He was on time for the appointment and was able to point out several small items that contributed to the issues we were having. I've rarely ever seen such exceptional service from a company. Both the gentleman who made the original service call and Ryan, the specialist who came out to do the work, were incredibly dedicated, professional, honest, and and passionate about their work. They genuinely seemed excited for me and were proud of the company they worked for. When it came time for the work to be done, I watched Ryan obsess over minor details long after the new garage door was in and working properly, before informing me that the work was complete. The new garage door works like a dream and looks amazing, and I'm very impressed by the affordable lifetime warranty they offer, where they replace all parts for life, free of charge, including springs. I was amazed with the speed and quality of my garage door service. Called at 12:30, Zoran came about 15 minutes later and finished about 2:00 pm. Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. Al called me within 20 minutes, worked me into his schedule around his lunch hour, and completed the work that I agreed upon in a very professional manner . I am extremely satisfied.

The while thing went very well. I called on a Sunday and asked for a Monday appointment, which was given to me right away. I received an e mail with the techs name that was going to come it also had his picture. I think this a great service. When Will got here he looked. At the opener and told me what was wrong. He was able to tell me how old my opener was, I did not think it was worth saving, so I purchased a new one. He did not push me into buying one!!! He did a great job of installing a new opener and then I asked him to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door, which he did. I could not be happier with the service Will provided.
