No doubt in my mind a five star rating.The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable of his job,and took the time to explain the computer system so I could get my garage door open!I wish that you would be able to check off more then one choice because I had two services done.Install garage door opener and rollers with all the hardware that goes with it. Also the amount of time it took for the technician to finish the job was shorter then I thought it would be.Great job on all of the people that helped set up my my appointment to the person installing the product!

I found Precision Garage Door on Angie's List, and was not disappointed with their service. They sent their technician Anthony out, who arrived that same day and even earlier than promised. Anthony explained all the problems with my door, and outlined the steps and costs necessary to fix them. It turned out to be a lot more expensive than I anticipated, but he was able to work with me so I could get all the problem areas fixed.

Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems.
