I called Precision because my garage door had become stuck closed and they had been the previous company to service my opener. The previous owner of my unit had left there business info right in the garage and I'm glad she did. While I was able to get the door open eventually, I went ahead with my appointment to find out what had caused the problem. Anthony was my service tech and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with the opener. He went over the process of using the manual release and inspected the door and all the parts, during which time he noticed how my cables were damaged. He quickly switched those out for me and now my door is closing perfectly flush with the ground (it was slightly off before). I also had an extra car remote made. Overall, it was well worth the money to have Precision come out and service the opener. I learned quite a bit and am very, very pleased with the outcome and the service that I received. Will definitely recommend.

Without hesitation, I select 5 stars for your company's fine service & prompt response to my request for repairs for a broken spring. Starting w/ the operators who took my call and subsequent scheduling of an appointment for required repairs, your office staff was friendly, polite and efficient. And then the actual appointment where your nice gentleman took the time to explain & repaired the door. I believe this is the first time the door closes-all the way so no light is visible under it - & thus the cold air is blocked. Your repairman was a gentleman, and he did an amazing job restoring the closing of the door (especially in this extreme cold weather..... I may have previously sent an e-mail to you - prior to finding this e-mail. If so, please overlook if this a duplication. Matt and Ryan did a great job on my new garage door! There are even funny yet informative videos online for troubleshooting before you call them if you experience any problems after installation. When I experienced an issue that the videos didn't solve Matt came back, made some adjustments, and everything is working great :) Thanks much!

Service was very good but quote is a bit high. Also did not receive our Angie's list discount and final price was a bit higher than quoted in person. I would suggest shopping prior to making a commitment unless you absolutely need the repair ASAP.

My installer was as good a salesman as he was a repairman. Had I not had as many tools and things that needed protected with a closed door, I may have researched pricing a little better. The installer was very friendly and did a wonderful job replacing all the parts to get the door working. He was very competent and I would recommend him for his work. I just feel the cost was very high.

The garage door stopped functioning on Saturday afternoon. We were amazed that we could receive service on Sunday afternoon. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fully disclosed the repair and cost before beginning the work and completing the service. I especially liked the appointment confirmation that told us who the technician would be and provided a photo so we would recognize him when he arrived. I have used Precision Door in the past and will remain a loyal customer.

My garage door broke and I checked with another company and their service call was very expensive. I checked with a friend and asked for his recommendation and he gave me two and I called Precision. The service call was way cheaper than the other company, so I scheduled a repair. Al was very helpful (and patient) with giving me quotes for service. The service was very fast, friendly and professional. I had the opener repaired and springs replaced.

We called Prescision Door Service on wed and we had an appointment for Thursday between 8:00 & 11:00. The technician (Bill) called at 8:15 and said he would arrive in aout 20 minutes, 15 minutes later he was on the job. Very satisfied with Precision Door Service. When the spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday night in January, in the middle of a fridgid Cleveland winter, tech Bill Adamini was at my house that Sunday afternoon (at no extra weekend charge). Bill's extensive door knowledge and descriptions of solutions quickly put me at ease. Within 20 minutes my door was fixed and my family was on the road again. Will use Precision in the future!
