We purchased a garage door tune up and roller replacement through Angie's List. Precision Overhead Door was great -- scheduling was a breeze and I was offered very prompt service. Another nice touch was email confirmation of the service call along with a picture of the technician that would be doing the service - so that I would know who to look for. I called with a bit of uncertainty about what opener package to get. Mine was 22 years old, and there have been many innovations and options in the market today. Heather, the sales representative advised me that the technician would have several choices with him, and I could make a decision at the time of the installation. That technician was Will Coad; a kind gentleman installer. He told me a bit about himself. He has a love for antique things and music. He also told me that he is a perfectionist. I liked him instantly. He was hard-working, precise, and neat. He went above and beyond to inspect, inform, and perform his service. In the end, I got a great product that works like a dream. I also felt that I had a friend install my new Liftmaster; not just a tech.

Springs broke on our garage door and Matt came out and explained the how a garage door functions from top to bottom. His through explanation helped us make the decison to replace all parts due to the fact that they were also ready to break. He saved us about $300 overall with the package he presented to us.

I was quite surprised to make a call for an appmt & the technician came 30 minutes later. Zoran was professional, explained all my options in full details without any pressure to purchase any particular product(s). This was the first time we had our doors professionally serviced in the 14 yrs both garage doors have been installed. Efficient and no mess left for me to clean up which was great. I highly recommend the company & Zoran. Good job.

I was very satisfied with the professional workmanship and courteous attitude of our technician Will. He called ahead of schedule and was very prompt and arrived on the time he said he would be here. We ended up having the spring and rollers replaced on the garage door. He did an excellent job. He explained everything in advance of doing any work. He completed the job in a very timely manner. And the door is quieter now than it was before. We have used this company once in the past and highly recommend them to anyone needing a garage door repair. Al called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly identified several parts that were faulty and causing a loud noise when opening and closing the door. He repaired the door to my satisfaction. After several years of mediocre service from a well known local garage door service, it was a pleasure to meet Al and benefit from his expertise. My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.

Needed someone ASAP and I saw 24/7, the ad on the front of the telephone book is what i saw first. Actually I didn't expect to pay as much as I did, knowing that a garage door is $300,00. I did not get a door. I thought that $1248.00 was high. The installer was very good. 5 star
