I chose Precision because it was the first available company that contacted me, and was not disappointed. The technician who arrived when he said he would arrive was pleasant and highly conscientius throughout th eprocess. He completely explained the problems I was having with my old gragge door opener and told me what needed to be done, which was to install a new system. Matt Petroff, the skilled technician was pleasant and friendly, but he was all business when it came to installing the new system, which he explained fully to me before he left. I was impressed by the way he worked right through the lunch hour and never took a break. The result was a fine, quality product, installed by a fine, quality person that gave me a good feeling that made my day - a day that started off with my old system collapsing causing the garage door to fall down with one huge thud! Five stars for your company and especially for Matt.

My garage door opener needed replaced after many years of use. Will came, and explained everything to me -- including some upkeep advice. It was much appreciated. The new garage door opener was installed in less than two hours. It is so quiet compared to the old one, and seems to be of excellent quality. Will was very professional. I was thoroughly impressed with my entire Precision experience, from my initial call to the final installation and repair. The email appointment confirmation was a great touch and very helpful. My technician, Anthony Wise, called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and demonstrated everything to me. Anthony was so efficient, he was done in such a short period of time. I was amazed. I live in Parma and selected Precision due to their excellent ratings as well as their support for Operation Homefront. Technicians Paul Broschk and his Assistant Craig came to my home early within the four (4)-hr time frame. During their examination, they found things that I forgot to tell them that I thought was wrong with me garage door so I am confident they performed a very thorough examination. After the conclusion of the examination, Paul explained what was wrong and showed me three (3) repair plans he felt were appropriate. He was extremely professional and patient in explaining everything me. Upon completion of their work, Paul and Craig called me out to show me what they had done and to make sure the openers all worked. I am very pleased with the work performed, the expertise of my technicians as well as the professionalism and courtesy from everyone I dealt with at Precision. I would highly recommend them and will continue to deal with them when /if I have troubles in the future.

We had used Precision on the garage of our previous home and were very pleased with the work. My only question is that the repairman specifically said the warranty applied even if we sold the house but the warranty which I just received seems to contradict that. Please clarify.
