Precision installed two garage door openers several years ago. When I had a problem today I called and they came promptly. My problem was fixed in about a half hour by a friendly knowledgable technician. The price was reasonable, I would give them fcive stars if it had been free! Great service.

My service call on Monday, Feb. 3 went quite well. The technician, Paul,was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what the problem was and then took care of it. Paul seems to really enjoy his work. I will request him again for any future garage-door opener problems.

Al Fleming, Precision Door Technician installed a new garage system since my old system was not functioning. Al discussed the work he was going to do and also informed me of the price. Precision certainly met and exceeded my expectations! My service technician Bill was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem and after giving me several repair/replacement options, he replaced the worn gear in the overhead motor. After taking such good care of me Bill left to assist a neighbor of mine. A few days later my door needed adjustment - it was stopping a few inches above the floor. Bill was extremely speedy in returning and making the necessary adjustment. What service! I will not hesitate to contact Precision Door for future door issues. Thank you, so much.

Schedule an appointment to repair a garage door. Anthony assessed the situation, attempted a repair and then indicated that any repair he made would be a short term fix, at best. He recommended replacing the garage doors, provided a quote and placed the order.

I am so glad we had Precision fix my garage door. The cables, the rollers, the springs all had to be replaced. Some additional work had to be done as well. The door was in very poor shape before Zoran worked on it. Zoran, the service technician was great. He was very efficient, professional and polite. He did a really good job and I am very grateful. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on a garage door. I am very pleased. On a scale of one to five(five being the highest) they get a six.

Mr. Jovanovic is an excellent technician who is fully trained for his job and is able to explain in lay man,s terms the deterioration of our garage door operation beyond the initial door spring breakage. My experience was very positive. Matt was professional, friendly, informative, and quick. This whole operation is very well run, and everyone I dealt with was great. I certainly spent a little more than I had originally anticipated, but I think it was worth it. I view the repairs/upgrades to the mechanics of my garage door as an investment in a critical part of my home that I use everyday. The door works great now and it is much quieter/smoother. I highly recommend Precision.

Called Precision, and was set up with an appointment faster than I believed was possible. Received confirmation email with a list of Precision employees and their photos for security. Paul was wonderful. Quickly assessed the issues, explained the problem in a way that was clear, even tho I know very little on the subject. He came up with three different solutions and helped me choose which was best for me. He was able to start work immediately. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Your service was at my house within 90 minutes of placing the call for service. Al Fleming was friendly, professional and explained the repair options available as well and updates needed since my system is old. The repairs were completed within 45 min (including time to massage my dog). I will call in the spring to get the remaining work done. I highly recommend your service. Thank you
