Although my garage door system broke down and didn't want to work/labor on Labor Day, your company made sure that a tech was there to do the repairs the next day. Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems. We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Communications was first rate and my technician, Zoran, was absolutely professional. He arrived on time (a bit early actually), had called before, and completed repairs in the amount of time he stated it would take. I stayed out in the garage as he worked and he told me a lot of things about the doors and maintenance tips. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Will was the tech that serviced my garage door. He was on time for the appointment and was able to point out several small items that contributed to the issues we were having.
