I've had trouble with the garage door and opener a few times over the past year. I had another company perform those services, but I decided to try Precision Door this time. Paul thoroughly inspected the garage door and opener. His evaluation explained why I've been having trouble. A new, lighter weight door and a new opener have been ordered. It will be good to not worry about future door problems. Paul was friendly and personable. He's a good ambassador for Precision Door.

My installer worked quickly and gave me detailed instructions as to the care and maintenance of my door. Everyone showed up on time (which does not happen often)!
I am sure all of us have experienced being held hostage by a service provider at one time or another. That is why it is vitally important for our technicians to be on time or, if necessary, communicate with our customer that they are running behind schedule. We want our visit to be positive one.

My Garage Door broke this morning at about 8am. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a young lady and she scheduled an appt. for between 9 and 12am. Paul Broschk called about 9am and said he would be here in 15 min. He was and the service was excellent. The garage door was stuck and it would not go up or down. The service was prompt, Paul was Courtious and the job was done and I am Happy. Thank you for a job well done.

My experience with Precision started with the Technician - Zoran Javanovic, a very affable and knowledgeable representative of his company. I did check him out on your website prior to his arrival and so I knew what to expect. I am glad to say that the real person exceeded my expectations. He was dedicated to the effort of explaining my situation. Although I knew that my garage door opener was broken, I did not know that essential hardware needed to roll the door up and down was very, very compromised - a bigger problem to be sure. Interestingly enough, my new understanding of "Garage Doors 101" was very useful to me when it came to evaluating another company's proposal for fixing my garage door difficulties. His repair was efficiently done and I am thrilled to have a whisper-quiet garage door back in action. Thank you, Zoran.

I contacted Precision Overhead Door to check an intermitten issue I was having with the remotes. They came to my house the same afternoon, checked the system, fixed the non-working remote(s) and even set my garage door opening in my car (which gave me fits trying to set). Al Fleming arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was polite, personable and professional. Al showed me the problems and explained the cause in easily understandable terms. He replaced the cable and rollers on the garage door followed by checking for door leveling. I was very pleased with him and his work on my garage door. I will definitely call back Precision for any other work on the door, and, hopefully I can request Al to do the work.
