Service was excellent. The gentleman was on time, very considerate, and showed quality in his skills. He explained what he was going to do and did all he said was to be done. Afterward, he went over all the changes and asked if I had any questions. He assured me that if anything went wrong that the company will take care of the matter immediately. Precision responded on a Saturday in June to fix and replace a worn out opener and I ended up spending more than I budgeted on garage door accessories (springs, wires, brackets, etc. ) that needed replacement. Because of the doors age it still occasionally malfunctioned and I would have to adjust it. In January the sensors kept the garage door from closing at all. I gave up and called thinking I would have to pony up some more money. When it was snowing and 23 degrees outside, technician Jim Boland returned and treated it like a call back. He assessed the problem and quickly created a solution that worked. It is great to know they stand behind their work. I wished I would have called earlier, and given the cold weather, I bet Jim does too.

Mr Wise was pleasant and professional. Suggested new door installation but did not push. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. I like the fact that your installers are drug tested and I also like your same day service.

I called to have my garage door repaired but unfortunately it was beyond repair. The technician explained why a new door was necessary and immediately worked on some options for us. By the end of the appointment all I had to do was confirm what we wanted with a phone call. Although we went another direction, I would definitely refer Precision. The technician, Paul Broschk, was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as right on time.

Service tech Al Flemming went above and beyond our expectations by providing us with extraordinary service and professionalism in replacing our broken spring. Not only the spring but walked us through complete safety measures showing us that our safety was his primary concern and the need to replace the cables and rollers as well, and not only that but showing us the best possible plan to fit our budget. When arriving home yesterday, my garage door opened only part way and was ajar. I was looking on line for Genie to do repairs but then remembered recently receiving a new booklet from Angie's List and looked in there and found Precision. I decided to call Precision for the repairs and I cannot say enough good things about the technician, Bill Adamini, and the expert service he provided. He was very friendly and explained all the services he was providing. I received your company's name through Angie's list. I did like the reappointment email with the name and image of who would be doing the service call. When Anthony arrived he was very nice and informative about questions I had. He went above and beyond the service call special I had secured through Angie's list, even using a hammer to break up the ice on my drive so the door would close. Will definitely use you again!

I choose Precision from the phone book. I was pleased with the person taking my information as she was very helpful. The time of the appointment was satisfactory and Paul called gave an estimated time of arrival and was here as excepted. He reviewed the problem, checked what needed to done and gave me the option to pick what work I needed done. Paul reviewed what he did and if anything didn't work I could call and a service call would be made. A rating of 5.

Had the springs in our garage door break on a Saturday afternoon during a nasty snow storm. I called Precision at 2:45PM and they had someone at my house by 5:30. The technician was extremely professional and did an excellent job working on my door. I would recommend them to anyone based upon this experience

Five stars rating for sure. My technician, think I recall his name was Zoran, did a great job. He called me the night before the appointment to see if I had tried some simple fixes before coming out. He was trying to save me money. None of those simple fixes were viable so he came out the following day on time and showed me the issues. He then gave me three price options to consider which I appreciated. He completed the work in about one hour and the door operates perfectly now. Well done!

Definitely a five star operation. Ryan took care of everything needed (sprocket assembly replacement) for the quoted price, and we are quite thankful for weekend service at a fair price. The only glitch was some miscommunication on the dispatch side. We were told that Ryan would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00PM, and that he would be calling us at 11:00. One o'clock came and went, and we still hadn't heard from or seen anyone from Precision. My wife called again at 1:00, Ryan called us at 1:20, and he made it to our house around 2:00PM. Everything was completed in under an hour. Not bad. Precision is now our Garage Door Service provider of choice. Great job!

Prompt on a blizzardy Saturday, courteous and friendly. A full repair of a 15 yr door opener suddenly askew. Neat efficient work.
