I'm happy to give Precision and Paul Broschk a 5 star rating. My 26 year-old garage door had multiple problems from rollers, to springs and the opener itself. Paul arrived earlier than promised and explained exactly what needed to be done. He did the work in the 2-1/2 hours he said it would take and explained to me and my wife exactly how to work everything. That door has never operated so quietly

Bill was awesome! He was dispatched and arrived less than 2hrs after my phone call on a Saturday, 12/6/2014. He did quality work and pointed out the inferior parts installed by another overhead door company. I found the company on A.L. and am happy with the job. I would call again AND refer friends.

We installed a garage door opener and we needed some miner repairs done to make sure the door would work properly. Anthony Wise showed me what needed to be done and fix the trouble points we were having. The door is back working. He was very good at explaining the trouble area and what he was going to do to fix it. I would recommend Precision.

A broken spring on our garage door is a horrible way to start the holiday season but a phone call and having Paul show up from Precision made my life a little easier. Paul was very upbeat for a cold morning. He did a very quick assessment and made some recommendations and said he will be done in an hour. He was done in less than an hour and walked me through everything he fixed, checked and lubed. He also gave me some tips on how to take care of the new system. I have a double garage and if the other spring breaks I will definitely give Precision a call! Quick, easy and friendly!
