This is the second time we have used Precision. The first time was to repair the cables. They came out the same day we called. Same great service today. Our technician came on time and replaced the garage door opener. Excellent 5 Star service and would definitely use them again.

When we get hit with these sub-zero temperatures our garage door opener would start acting up. Precision's service tech, William Coad, came to our home and with a few adjustments was able to eliminate the problem. We have had several sub-zero days since and have had no additional problem. Thanks! William Coad was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Called Precision on Monday morning to have them come repair my garage door that would not close properly. Within a matter of hours Bill Adamini was at hy home and fixed my door within an hour or so. He was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would highly suggest Precision to anyone!

Not only was the repairman able to fix my garage door on the very day I called but he arrived promptly at the time I was quoted calling me to let me know that he was on his way! My garage door now works which is fantastic in this freezing weather. The repairman promptly and correctly identified the problem and fixed my garage door. He was also kind enough to change the light for me in the opener which I could not reach!! Thank You so much!

Garage door would not close using remote or wall mounted pad. Called at about 0800 hours and was told technician would be out between 1000-1200 hours. Technician called at 1130 hours to advise he was 20 minutes away. When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew right away that the electronic sensors were causing the problem. He repaired the wire on one, but the other was corroded beyond hope. He replaced the sensors and everything worked fine. Your technician was on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Can't ask for anything more from Precision or your technicians.

Because they are a local company and I found them online. a live person answered my call immediately and incredibly were able to come fix my garage door that same afternoon! they sent me an email right away with photo's of the technicians so I would know who to expect. My tech, Al, was very polite, flexible, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called to confirm when he would be over, and arrived when expected. He explained everything to me in understandable terms ... which I appreciated. This is 5 star service for sure. thank you !!

Bill did a great job, was prompt, friendly, and clear about the work needed. He did all this in -17 degree weather! Door works great. My only issue is I feel precision prices are a bit high, even with a warranty. But I feel they did a very quality job and were there quickly even in horrendous weather.

I used Precision because of a special deal on Angie's list. The technician, Matt, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
