Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. I also had my metal rollers replaced with vinyl rollers and my garage door is a little quieter. I will be a returning customer to have a new chain drive put in to replace the current outdated one. I am a satisfied customer

I called Precision after another company gave me an all day time frame for showing up and never called before showing up. Although I was within 5 minutes of the house, they came and left and said I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled, but with Precision and very glad I did. "Z" was very professional and courteous. He treated my garage door as if it were his own -- he did not leave until he was completely satisfied with how the door was operating. New to the area, I now have a company I will use and recommend. Impressed by their website I called Precision to help me with my emergency situation, which was a half open garage door with my only car trapped in the garage. After calling for service, Bill Adamini arrived within 45 minutes, which was also impressive. He was highly professional and very nice, offering me competent help and assistance. He solved my immediate problem, which got my car out of the garage and the door closed. I now look forward to having him back in a few weeks to instal a new door and opener. Precision Door Service and Bill are just the best!!!

We're repeat customers & based on our experience with Precision over the last several years, which has ALWAYS been EMERGENCY service, we wouldn't call anyone else. Last night at 6 PM,I discovered that the garage door would not operate, leaving the car trapped. Since I have to be at work at 7 AM, I called Precision immediately. The technician, Anthony Wise, called back promptly to confirm he would be coming out, and actually arrived earlier than he estimated. Anthony was professional and friendly, making sure I could see for myself what the problems were, and giving good informational answers to my questions. I decided on a garage door "rebuild" and 2 hours later everything was shipshape. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness in taking his boots off for the short trek from front door through the house to the garage.

The technician Z provided excellent service as well as a friendly and informative manner. I called immediately after the door broke at 3pm and Z was here in less than 30 minutes. "AWESOME" Customer service beyond compare first from Jason Swartz. Then Ryan Freeman comes to install the door and puts the icing on the cake with his knowledge, experience and superb customer service. I can hardly believe that he took down my old garage door and assembly and replace the new garage door without assistance. I read the many written reviews concerning this company before I made my decision, after all this was an investment. However the price was great and the reviews are certainly true. I chose Precision as I belong to Angie's List and they had the best and most amount of reviews and I am so glad I did. My previous garage door opener would open only a few inches and kept getting stuck over the years and I could not deal with it any more (not getting any younger) and knew I wanted one that I did not have to be bothered with any more. Bill arrived ahead of schedule which I was thankful for as I had to go to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the entire job done in no time despite the fact it was freezing out. The garage door opener is so quiet and I love the fact I can put it on delay for 5 minutes and it closes on it's own! Several times I forgot to close the door overnight so now I am relieved I will never have this worry. I have to give a shout out to the girl that answered the phone as she quickly dispatched Bill to the job. Hopefully this garage door opener will outlast me and I will be a happy camper!
