A roller on my garage door popped out of the track. Frank came out to fix it. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. Explained why and what he did to fix the roller/track then made sure the door functioned the way it was suppose to. He was friendly and thorough and would recommend Frank and Precision Doors to all my friends and family.

First, I would like to apologize,thinking that it was your Company, that installed my old garage door opener, four years ago. My old garage door opener was much older. The Tech.,Repairer, who came to help, with the problem, I was having with my door opener,was very prompt, courteous' and dressed appropriate, for work.Once he saw what was happening with my door. His explanation was very clear, what I needed to do. SO,I purchased a New garage door opener. The Tech. were on point with the Installation and explaining to me as he processed thru the installation. I must say, I love my NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. It is so much, QUIETER. Thank You.

I was pleased with the service. John arrived on time, explained the worn out parts and what could be done to make my garage door work efficiently with a lifetime warranty. Anthony came to our home to repair the bracket and rollers on our garage door. From the time he introduced himself to my husband and I, we knew we were in good hands!! I was pleased with the prompt sevice. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.

When I realized that despite my decades of experience at fixing things in houses, I was in over my head, (I strongly suggest that you don't try fixing it yourself because its a whole lot more complicated than it looks and can be downright dangerous.) I called Precision and got astonishingly fast service. The technician was efficient, skilled and courteous. Call to finished job was no more than two hours. I highly recommend Precision.

Chris came out to the house within 2 hours of when I called. He did a great job installing new springs, new rollers and performing all needed maintenance. Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems. No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.

Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. I also had my metal rollers replaced with vinyl rollers and my garage door is a little quieter. I will be a returning customer to have a new chain drive put in to replace the current outdated one.
