Service was excellent, as advertised. I called at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and repair tech arrived around 3pm, completed work by 4:15pm, and that included some unexpected wrinkles in the job. Al replaced our broken torsion spring, mounted a new center plate for it, installed new rollers, and replaced a broken cable, all with great efficiency on a pretty cold day. Thanks, Al and Precision. GREAT JOB!

Anthony Wise arrived promptly at my home and explained and demonstrated what was causing problems with my opener. Since he felt it is was at least 30 years old I had the Lift Master premium Series opener installed. He did a nice job installing, also explaining the opener and cleaning up all the mess. He was pleasant and efficient and hopefully I will have this garage door opener a long time! Also appreciate the prompt service after placing the call and not being told that you were too busy like the first company I called.
In most cases we are able to provide same day service and if not, we are able to arrive first thing the following morning. Our technicians are prompt, courteous and professional. We are pleased your experience was a good one.

I thought my garage door needed a tune up and saw you Angies list and the rest is history. It seems I need a great deal more then a tune up. I'm impressed with the service! It's about 10 degrees outside this morning and yet your service tech (Bill) greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on repairing my garage door. He fixed the door and did a safety inspection. He pointed out a couple things that need to be taken care -- and he did this without a heavy sales pitch. I'll definitely call you again and recommend you to friends and family.

I choose Precision based on the ratings from the BBB and of hearing the name probably from local home improvement shows. The spring broke and Anthony came out and suggested at the cost of the spring I probably should replace the whole door, in which, because of it's age and knowing I've had wires replaced already, snow coming in the crakes in winter, I agreed. Anthony took the time twice to show me my choices. Ryan came and installed the door to perfection. Ryan's ease and talking me though what he was doing was excellent. The door looks fantastic if I may so so myself. Oh, your web page of employees is really a nice feature, set's a sense of ease right from the start.

This morning my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. I called you around 9:00 AM to see if someone could come today and was given an appointment 12:00 to 3:00. Less than 2 hrs later your technician, Zoran,called to ask if it was OK to arrive early which I appreciated. After reviewing my problem door, he clearly explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul since my garage door is old and many parts were wearing out. Zoran was knowledgeable, polite and thorough in completing the repairs. Thank you.

Bill was able to come earlier then the scheduled appointment was original set, which worked out Great... gave an estimated time of completion that it would take and finished 10 minutes ahead of that time, explained what he was doing as he did it, and he reinforced the track on the garage door to make it more stable. The plan is to tell my friends about my situation and to recommend "Bill from Precision Door Service" as the guy to call if they ever need anything repaired on their garge door. Oh for this job Bill should really get a bigger commission.

Service knowledge received was wonderful. Al was very polite and truthful with me regarding my old garage door. I just needed a new lock, but informed I really needed a new door due to the one I have is obsolete and not repairable. Although I am on a limited fixed income, I was not able to purchase a new door at this time! Matt previously repaired our garage springs but soon after we had an issue with the garage opener so we purchased the Liftmaster. Matt told us about this product during his initial visit. We were planning to make the purchase in late summer but ended up doing it sooner. Matt was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He even came back afterwards to install a master link on the chain. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt and we would recommend him to others. Hope all your technicians are as good as Matt. Service call late Saturday night got service person to my house before 9 am Sunday. Prompt, courteous, fast and explained everything. My wife was to go to surgery the next day so we were really relieved. Said door panels were cracked, he would see if they were still available and could be replaced economically. Haven't gotten a quote yet, but that was only yesterday. They are top flight.
