Precision Garage door was terrific. I asked a co-worker for a recommendation and they strongly recommended Precision. I called Monday and they had a technician there on Tuesday. They were easily able to remedy the issue and provided details on what to watch for as the door and opener ages. Having the confirmation email include both the name and picture of the technician coming to do the work helped me to easily identify them when they arrived. More service related companies should adopt this practice. Well done!

Talk about awesome service! I called Saturday morning and by 3 pm had a new garage door opener installed. Mine was over 35 years old so this was no surprise. Doran Jovanovic explained my choices and answered my questions clearly. He was early (called first), and was very neat. This was not my first time with Precision and will not hesitate to call and recommend them in the future.

It was a Friday night when we realized the garage spring was broken and we couldn’t lift the door manually to get our cars out. Paul came next morning. He explained the situation was a bit unique due to the people who originally installed this door before we bought the house installed it in an unusual/not typical way. Even with the extra work to get the spring replaced and put in the correct location, he did it really quick same day. He was super nice and informative. Would recommend, and use their services again.

John Franks was awesome. my initial service call was for a door that only opened intermittently. all it was was one of the safety eyes had a loose wire, so we fixed that, and he did a full PM on both openers so he collected for that, and even tightened the bolts on the gagrage door, and lubed the rollers.. and inspected the springs..left me options and and an honest appraisal of the units.. 150 bucks i happily spent..he even made a new friend when he walked in by being friendly, talkative and observant.. I appreciated the low pressure high honesty, high information "way" that john conducted himself..five stars don't call anyone else.

I called because two days earller GDS under the guise of Zack Garage Door Service listed at 6848 day Drive in Parma (Which is actually the address of Steak and Shake) came out in an unmarked vehicle and totally scammed me. Zoran Jovanovic was a consummate professional and had my original issue and huge deceptive errors by GDS fixed in a short amount of time. You are my garage door professionals and the one I will recommend if anyone ever wants advice from me.

Excellent Service...July 2017 repaired 2 broken springs, very satisfied with technician Anthony Wise...so I called them again June 6th when my garage door would not open, scheduled me for June 8th, technician Paul Broschk came out (real nice guy) and within an hour problem solved, I needed new complete system because motor took a dump and it was quite old. Quick Response, Local, BBB Rating, Customer Reviews all a plus for this company...call Precision when you have a problem.

Best service ever! I called in for service around 12pm They told a tech would be out between 4-6 the same day about a hour and half later a tech called and advise he was on his way. He came advise the issue came back today with the piece to fix my garage motor. He was done in less then five minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Be explain to Me what caused the issue. He even pulled my trash can in the yard. Very nice professional guy Bill was the best! I can honestly say this was the best easy experience I have ever had.

Garage door opened by itself. Technician diagnosed that LED lights were the cause by interference, so replacing bulbs with old incandescent bulbs was a recommended. We will see how that works.

Great service from a solid contractor for a great value. My door spring broke about 9:30 on a Sunday morning. My 11 the technician was here, happy and explained what needed to be done. He also noticed that the cable was frayed and he replaced all of it. The cost was reasonable but the service was excellent. I would use Precision again and recommend them to others.

We calledthe company late Friday evening and as advertised a real person answered our call and to our surprise scheduled service for Saturday. Precision Garage door did some work for me back in 2011(cables and pullys for my small attached garage door), in 2021 to install a new garage door lift on the main door and again today, April 15th to replace the spring on my main door. *Had to rate at least a star otherwise review would not go through* One of our garage doors broke and the gentleman that came out almost immediately told me the door could not be repaired. He gave me a quote for a new door. I called another company to come out to provide a quote and he told me “we can fix that”. So we saved around $1,600 and just got our original door repaired. I am so thankful I called another company and did not proceed with a new door.
