I have used Precision for quite a few years. They are always courteous and complete the job. They oil the door and make sure that it is in perfect working order before they leave. They come as quickly as they can and they are efficient.

I chose Precision Door because they have a local connection. I called after hours and got a live person who was very nice on the phone and a technician was scheduled for the very next day. He called before coming out as was promised and arrived on time. He was able to fix my problem easily and also took the time to write up a quote for other work I may want done in the future. He was professional and courteous and I will recommend Precision Door to anyone anytime.

This company is awesome. Our garage went down with a loud bang late at night on a Sunday (of course it did!). We found an ad that said you could call the number and actually talk to someone. I wasn’t very optimistic, but indeed Kim answered the phone. She got me scheduled right away. Bill called and introduced himself when he was on the way. He was clean, efficient, and professional. This company is a breath of fresh air.

I am very disappointed with the installation. First the rails installed were longer on one side than the other. The side that was longer was longer than the rail that was originally there. The extra length of the new rail did not allow clearance for our pull down ladder. When we opened it it slammed into the rail and knocked the cable off the door. In addition to damaging our pull down ladder. When the door was installed I specifically asked if the ceiling brackets needed to be replaced. I specifically asked if they were strong enough to hold the new door. I was told they were and that they did not replace them unless they needed to and they looked solid. Today the ceiling bracket fell out of the ceiling while the garage door was open!!

Called Precision to repair my garage door which was knocked off track. This is my second time using the company. It was easy and efficient to set up the appointment, they responded quickly and did a great job repairing my garage door. The Tech was professional, friendly and competent. Good Day, Very unhappy with your quoting process for garage door openers. I informed the representative who placed the order that the garage had 2 single doors. The representative only quoted 1 garage door opener, including 2 remotes, battery backup and keypad & tech visit charge. Imagine our surprise when the tech showed up to install and he said we needed 2 garage door openers. Apparently, one garage opener can not open 2 single garage doors, which makes sense, but I was never informed of that information from the representative who provided me the quote. As a result and based on the quote the representative provided on the phone, we downgraded from 1 belt driven opener to 2 chain garage door openers. Very misleading and a huge disappointment. Our company will not recommend nor do business with you guys again.

Quickly set up an appointment online via chat. Tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Tech Al was able to quickly pinpoint all of the adjustment issues with an old garage door that has been out of whack and troublesome for years. Quickly reset the door and springs, straightened everything out, adjusted the tension setting on the opener, and everything now operates nice and smooth. Don't know how how much more life is left on the ancient springs, but I do know if I need further service, Precision will get the call. Great service, reasonable price, would recommend to anybody. Anthony showed up fifteen minutes early, was polite and got right to the job at hand. Within thirty seconds had the problem diagnosed and fixed. The fee was very reasonable and Anthony was on his way within fifteen minutes. It was a pleasure dealing with him. First off you had a person answering the phone not a machine. The woman I spoke with was helpful and set up an appointment for that day. The time was 2 to 4 but Al was in the area and knew he'd be driving by early so he called and asked to come earlier. Al was a true pro, he took care of my problem quickly and had the door working properly again. Time between my call and a repaired garage door was less than 2 hours, now that's service! Thanks!
