I had a wonderful technician by the name of Prince at my home today. Prince called to let me know that he was running a few minutes behind to our appointment, but he listened when I called back and said that I would be a few minutes late as well. Prince listened intently to my needs, asked relevant questions and didn't push in selling to my problems and concerns. He gave me options and allowed me to make an informed decision. Not only did he fix my door opening and closing issue, he also did it with a smile on his face! He allowed me to ask questions and gave me a straight answer without trying to twist the facts to fit the sale. I am glad to know that my doors are fixed and working properly and I would gladly have him come back to my house at a future date - when a spring decides to let go.

Very professional. Very flexible -I was able to reschedule at very short notice. Bill did a cold call to my house. After discussing the different options, fixing needed parts versus installation of new garage doors with garage door opener on one side, I made my decision without any pressuring from the Technician. On the day of installation Bill was very professional, answered all my questions and demonstrated the new equipment with re-demonstration by myself.
