My tenants son hit the sensor on my garage door with his bicycle making it inoperable. Bill had explained to the father how the sensors work and how the red lights on each side should both be on. He gave him his personal phone number in case it happened again that he would walk through it with him so a service call will not be necessary and charged to the owner. I appreciated his instructions to my tenant and also the concern for me as an owner. Thank you Bill.

Your technician, Zoran Jovanovic did an excellent job, not only repairing the broken spring, but also outlining the other problems with our door. The door had previously been installed with inferior rollers and two different sizes of springs. Zoran did a complete overhaul on our door and when he finished our door was operating smoothly and quietly. Thanks for an excellent job. Definitely a 5 star repair.

I had an emergency to get out but my door would not close. Ryan was here within the hour so I was very pleased with his service. They may cost a little more but the warranty and service is worth it so am glad I had them replace my old one. So far all problems have been resolved and Ryan is very nice.

Please note that Anthony was the technician who performed the garage repair on Monday, June 1. He arrived promptly and reviewed the current problem making it necessary to open and close the door manually. He installed new parts as shown on the invoice. He tested the operation of the door, discussed more about the door in general which was helpful and educational. Tony is pleasant about answering questions and very professional in his demeanor. vk

Technician immediately detected problem, explained it fully and provided a quote. We accepted the quote and rebuild was completed within an hour.
