Bill was very professional, explained everything to my satisfaction and understanding level. Prompt, easy to talk to and thorough, when he came out today to replace our door opener. He checked all aspects of our garage door and also discovered that the wire that travels in the tracks to pull the door up and down was getting frayed / worn out, so we replaced that also - saved us from having that break next! Very pleased with his service, and he represents your company very well! Note - I'm not sure whether the new opener is the Liftmaster belt or gear drive type - it's the 3/4 horsepower better model.

From beginning to end our experience with precision was great. It's a Sunday, I call and speak to a courteous operator who was able to get us a same day appointment. I was shocked to hear that there was no additional charge for coming on a Sunday. When Ryan got here ( 1.5 hrs early) he knew right away what to do. He explained things and gave us a reasonable estimate. He fixed the problem in no time and also greased the door. Couldn't ask for more professional reliable service. Zoran was very professional and friendly and did the work in a timely fashion. He did explain what he recommended doing before starting his work. We had to replace more parts on the Garage door that were bad due to age and use. It was good to have the added advice on replacing such parts. He explained what he had done afterwards as well. We are satisfied with the work.

Yesterday was the coldest day of the year, and when I called because my garage door wouldn't close, your service tech Paul came out and made it seem that his only concern was making sure that I was satisfied with his service. We haven't had to call you very often because you sell a good product, but I am pleased with how well you stand by that product, and how your service people respond to the needs of me, the consumer. I have never had a bad experience with any of your techs, and even had them install new equipment at my mother-in-laws home. I will continue to refer your company to others. Keep up the good work! Found you in the yellow pages. Confirmed my choice thru Angies List. Technician was on time and found my opener was beyond repair. He patiently explained the problems, likely causes and suggested the solution. After answering my questions I gave the OK to replace the opener, rollers and cables. Zoran represented your Company well. I hope I wont need his services anytime soon but if I should I will call Precision.

Once again Precision Garage Door exceeded my expectations. Long story short - Precision Technician Zoran had serviced my lousy craftsman door opener (sidebar-never buy a sears opener, they are junk) and had told me it may not last long. Well it didn't and when it didn't open on a freezing cold morning, I called him and he was at my house in 2 hours and had installed a lift master system in about an hour. My new opener is 1000 times quieter than my junkie craftsman and has MYQ technology. The level of service and honesty is something you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend them and will always refer them to anyone who needs garage door service.

Called on Saturday AM for immediate repair. Very pleased to ear that there was no extra cost for coming out on a Saturday. Another company quoted me an additional $50. I chose your company from the yellow pages and what stood out to me was the same day service and 24 hour emergency service. Also your special rate and no extra charge for nights and weekends. I also liked the idea of a lifetime warranty. I also found your call back on the web very reassuring by telling and showing me what your trucks look like and also what the tech who was coming out looked like. My tech was Bill Adamini, and he was very good at his job and also showed how to disingage my garage door so I could lift it in the future. He went over all the parts that needed to be replaced and showed me the old parts so I could judge for myself as to how bad these parts were. Al Fleming, Precision Door Technician installed a new garage system since my old system was not functioning. Al discussed the work he was going to do and also informed me of the price.
