What a great experience I just had with Bill Adamini of Precision Door Service. He clearly explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough. He also called 10 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. I also appreciated the safety checklist he performed on each door and he showed me everything very clearly on his IPad. Thanks, Bill, for your high level of professionalism. Great website technician Bill was great and very knowledgeable. I had bought 2 new remotes and see if could help me program them. Had the springs in our garage door break on a Saturday afternoon during a nasty snow storm. I called Precision at 2:45PM and they had someone at my house by 5:30. Hi, When I called I was told a technician would be out between 11:00am-2:00pm . Paul called 10:10am and said he was in the Berea area and would be by in about 20 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later took a few minutes to greet my husband and I. Another 5 minutes to check out what needed repairing on the garage door and another 5 minutes to explain the good, better and best repair options. Then it took about 1 hr to complete and explain what he did . He was polite and courteous . I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you !

Very satisfied with Precision Door Service. When the spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday night in January, in the middle of a fridgid Cleveland winter, tech Bill Adamini was at my house that Sunday afternoon (at no extra weekend charge). Bill's extensive door knowledge and descriptions of solutions quickly put me at ease. Within 20 minutes my door was fixed and my family was on the road again. Will use Precision in the future!

Paul came to our house and quickly determined the cause of our garage door problem. He described the issues in detail and showed me different options and prices to fix the issues. We ended up going with a complete garage door rebuild and a new garage door opener as ours was about to the end of its life. It is amazing how much quieter the garage door is now with a new opener and all new rollers, bearings, and springs.

I found Precision on Angie's List and called about 7pm the coldest night of the year. Will came out in about an hour, calling me earlier to give me his arrival time. Within another hour the new springs were installed and I could park my car in the garage again instead of outside in the -2 weather. The service was professional, thorough and friendly. I would definitely use them and again and recommend them.

Bill did a great job! He called and was able to come a little early after the last job and arrived promptly. He took the time to explain the situation, my options and answered all my questions. He replaced the rollers, chain drive gear, spring and put in a center bearing plate that was missing. He also took a quick look at my second garage door to let me know what I may want to address/maintenance in the near future. Very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back out if I run into a problem again.

It's always a pleasure to write a good review on a job very well done. Ryan came out to help decide what could be done with a very noisy 18 year old garage door opener. Since worn out gearing/bearigs were unlikely to improve with more grease or oil lubrication I picked out an replacement opener package. Ryan provided the details without "pressure" to help choose a new system. The installation was quick and clean. Ryan helped set up the in car remote and helped rehang an item that was next to the new opener. Professional and customer focused....with a solid product. Neighbors will be told who to go to for garage door problems
