Wonderful service experience. Zoran was extremely knowledgable and did a great job. My wife and I had Precision out to our house to help us with our garage door opener. It was an excellent experience! First of all, we called and they were able to come the very next day. The technician, Zoran, called before he came to make sure we were ready. Second, he inspected not just the opener, but all the parts and pieces of the garage door. I am not very good with mechanical things, but that didn't matter, Zoran explained everything to us in terms that we could comprehend. He made my wife and I aware of everything that was going on. He explained why were having the problem we were and how to properly fix it. He was extremely professional and at the same time made us feel very comfortable and at ease. It didn't seem as though he was just glancing at things and trying to sell us a big ticket item. We ended up getting a new opener and new parts for the door as well, but I knew why I needed them! Zoran explained why the decision we made was good from a safety standpoint and that the safety of our children was important. He worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I would absolutely recommend anyone with garage issues to call! Very refreshing to feel like a company really cares about you as a customer!!

The technician Matt Petroff did an outstanding job ! He was very personable, compassionate about his job, thorough in his explanation of the services available & most importantly he fixed the problem with our garage door ! Immediately, Matt made me feel comfortable in our discussions of what could be wrong with our door without thinking he was trying to "rip" me off. There was no pressure from Matt to purchase something I didn't need at the moment but he was thorough on what I could be facing in a few years. When he finished the job, he was very clear that I could call his cell phone any time if another issue came up & he would try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone first. Job well done ! After a power outage on Saturday, we had to manually open the garage door. It weighed a ton and wouldn't stay up. I sent a request for service through Precision's website and was contacted almost immediately. Our garage door cables and springs were a disaster waiting to happen. Paul quickly identified the issues, explained everything to me, and went to work. I was impressed by his product knowledge, professionalism, and excellent service. First of all, I was impressed to find online the name/photo of the represenatative who would be working at my home with a description of the truck, uniform, and badge I should expect to see. When you live alone, that is very reassuring. I appreciated the photo and reviews for Paul Broschk who did my work. Ths entire service started on time with a friendly call from Paul who arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, considerate, and very patiet as he anwered my questions and explained how he would repair the issues I had with my garage door springs and track. When the time comes to entirely replace the door, I will definitely contact this company and possibly Paul once more.

Excellent customer service. Tech was honest, knowledgeable and came back a second time when his first solution did not work 100% perfectly. Now my door is fixed and tech gave me his cell phone in case any other problems return. I would recommend you guys to anyone.

Initially the garage door was mis-measured,but once the problem was recognized, Precision personnel did everything they could to correct it. Ryan, who installed the door was excellent and very helpful. The only thing I was surprised with was that when the final sidings were added to the door frame, they were not caulked to seal them. I will have to buy some caulking to get that piece completed.I was very pleased with the professionalism of Precision

I had Matt at my home for problems I was having opening and closing my garage door. While he initially thought that the unit was malfunctioning and he went thru a series of troubleshooting procedures until he located the issue, he never lost his cool even though it was very hot and humid. Matt was courteous and genuinely concerned about not leaving my home until I was 100% satisfied with the repairs he had made. I have had Matt at my home before and would recommend him to family and to my neighbors as someone you can trust which is really important to me. Matt is truly an asset to Precision Door.

I was very impressed with Jason's work ethic and congeniality. He installed the new Liftmaster Belt Drive Garage Door Opener rapidly. He also installed new door rollers and cleaned up the area very well. My only concern was that neither he nor I, after he left, could get my 2000 Toyota Avalon built-in remote to work. I look forward to many years of trouble free and quiet garage door operation.

Our garage door spring and cables broke on a Saturday at 11:00 am, the day before we were hosting a family picnic. I found Precision through the internet and was able to book an appointment for later that afternoon. An email was received prior to the appointment with a picture of the technician that would be coming to our house. There was a coupon on the website that provided a free service call. Jason, a very personable and knowledgeable technician, showed up early and completed the whole job in less than an hour. And we got a lifetime warranty on the spring and cables. Precision is one first class company and helped make our weekend. I highly recommend Precision.

Selected Precision Door primarily because of good reviews on Angie's List. Called and got an appointment for the same day and was given a time window for the service. The service technician, Matt Petroff, called ahead and gave me a more exact arrival time. Matt was on time, courteous, and professional. He told me what the problems were with my garage door and explained to me all the repair options available to me and the associated costs, from fixing the immediate problems to doing a complete rebuild of the important components of the door. Matt did a good job of fixing my garage door and now it works great.

Bill did an excellent job. He gave a price comparison on wherever to fix our liftmaster door opener or install a new one. We chose to install a new opener and the liftmaster belt drive is so quite and we can hardly hear it compare to te liftmaster chain drive. Bill did amazing work. Zoran called to say he could come earlier than expected if that would be convenient for me - I appreciated that call, his professionalism and his clear explanations of the problems and the solutions. After inspecting the door he explained what was good and not good about the different door parts on our door and let me make the decision about what parts to replace without any pressure. Anthony did a great job. He did a rebuild of the door replaced springs,rollers, bearings,and cable in an hour. He called when he was 15 minutes out. He double checked that no debris was left on the floor.
