My garage door opener needed replaced after many years of use. Will came, and explained everything to me -- including some upkeep advice. It was much appreciated. The new garage door opener was installed in less than two hours. It is so quiet compared to the old one, and seems to be of excellent quality. Will was very professional. I appreciated his honesty and his patience in handling the installation.

I live in Parma and selected Precision due to their excellent ratings as well as their support for Operation Homefront. Technicians Paul Broschk and his Assistant Craig came to my home early within the four (4)-hr time frame. During their examination, they found things that I forgot to tell them that I thought was wrong with me garage door so I am confident they performed a very thorough examination. After the conclusion of the examination, Paul explained what was wrong and showed me three (3) repair plans he felt were appropriate. He was extremely professional and patient in explaining everything me. Upon completion of their work, Paul and Craig called me out to show me what they had done and to make sure the openers all worked. I am very pleased with the work performed, the expertise of my technicians as well as the professionalism and courtesy from everyone I dealt with at Precision. I would highly recommend them and will continue to deal with them when /if I have troubles in the future.

I was quite surprised to make a call for an appmt & the technician came 30 minutes later. Zoran was professional, explained all my options in full details without any pressure to purchase any particular product(s). This was the first time we had our doors professionally serviced in the 14 yrs both garage doors have been installed. Efficient and no mess left for me to clean up which was great. Bill made the service call on time and was able to make the repair to our door in a timely fashion. He even left his cell phone if I need to get a hold of him. Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. Paul was polite, respectful, took the time to explain everything very well, and cleaned up after he was done. The garage door works very well now, smooth and quiet.

Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. Al called me within 20 minutes, worked me into his schedule around his lunch hour, and completed the work that I agreed upon in a very professional manner . I am extremely satisfied.

Z, our technician was absolutely the BEST! Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! Great job Precision and staff! Our garage spring broke. Your Yellow Pages ad got my attention with 24 hr. service, BBB, Angies List, fully insured, etc. Each time I called, a friendly, helpful person answered the phone right away. Matt, our service tech, was friendly, professional and caring. He did a complete safety inspection, answered all our questions, gave us not only his recommendations but confidence in making our decision. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the price was what we were quoted with no hidden charges.

We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.

Some guy named Jim Boland had been here in 2005 and left a "lifetime warranty on parts and labor". That warranty was honored without any problem or confusion. I also used the $10 off service charge coupon from the yellow pages - also honored without question! Same day service - actualy within a few hours by a competent and friendly serviceman. I'd have clicked 6 stars if you had them up there!

Even my 15 year old son who is extremely hard to impress said Paul had one of the best personalities of any technician that had ever come to our house. He was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Paul explained all options in an easy to understand format and completed the work in a timely, efficient manner. He was a wonderful breath of fresh air compared to most experiences we've had. You have a gem of an employee at your company.
