Bill was excellent! My garage door wasn't working and Bill came out right away. He found that there was no electricity to the garage and I did not have a key to the old lock in the garage door. He got into the garage without damaging any of it. I asked him to install a new lock and key which he did in about 5 minutes. Problem solved! Bill was very professional and personable. I give Bill and Precision Door my highest recommendation.

Dave, the technician, called ahead allowing me to warn him about my snow covered driveway. He had to go up and down that driveway to carry tools, ladder, and parts, but he was prepared. He described what he had to do, showed me what had been done incorrectly by the previous door repair company that led to my current problem of a destroyed trolley screw drive. We discussed the remedies short-term and long-term and he demonstrated ways in which I could keep my door working more easily. He was very polite and methodical in doing the repairs. I would love to warn others about the previous door company, but I was very pleased with Precision and its technician. I would recommend Precision highly and use them on my rental properties when I have problems.

The tech was very fast and was very good at adjusting our doors and and repairing the openers. The only issue I had was the price of the parts (sensors) that were installed. I checked the prices of the same items that the tech pulled from his truck at home depot later in the day and found the parts were more than doubled. I can understand some up charge for the convenience - but the prices you charged were ridiculous. But the tech was very professional.

Paul Broschk was the technician that came out to our home to install a new garage door opener. Before starting the job Paul inspected the garage door springs, rollers, pulleys, bearings and cables and found them all be worn from 45 years of use. Paul replaced all the needed parts and installed opener. GREAT JOB PAUL, I would recommend Paul and Precision Door Service to any friends or family that need garage door service in the future ! I found Precision Door as I perused the Internet. Impressive, very professional looking. And you were able to perform the same day as I called. Service performed; New springs, rollers, the whole works. The door would not raise. Now here is a PLUSE, the technician, Z, most impressive. Smile, courteous, and very, very thorough in explaining what had to be done and WHY. That door sounds better now than it did when it was new. In closing, I felt the $ 789.00 was quite steep. Called in for a broken spring. The technician, Paul, arrived and inspected the door and opener and gave me some options after the assessment. The basic fix was about what I expected but I ended up opting for a fuller service for peace of mind about the garage door opener in a house we bought a year ago. The technician was professional, friendly and relatively quick with his work. I would definitely recommend Precision for service.

Problem: The door did not open all the way and did not fully close. I performed the travel limit and force adjustments, but that did not resolve the problem. I called Precision Door in the morning and the technician (Bill A.) came the same day. Bill did a thorough troubleshooting procedure, found, and repaired a mechanical problem.
