Bill made the service call on time and was able to make the repair to our door in a timely fashion. He even left his cell phone if I need to get a hold of him. Our garage door broke in the morning, these guys were out here the same day, just hours later. Receptionist was very nice to speak with and she was able to schedule around my baby's nap. Paul was polite, respectful, took the time to explain everything very well, and cleaned up after he was done. The garage door works very well now, smooth and quiet.

Al Fleming is a personal friend so I requested him to do my garage door repair on Tues.,July 15. When I called the office, the receptionist was very cordial and followed my wishes by having Al call me asap. Al called me within 20 minutes, worked me into his schedule around his lunch hour, and completed the work that I agreed upon in a very professional manner . I am extremely satisfied.

Z, our technician was absolutely the BEST! He did a thorough examination of our garage door with all of its issues, including the fact it was 30 years old, and gave us an honest, conservative estimate of what we could do to make it safe, run smoothly, not sound like a freight train and provide security. Talk about service! I called at 9:20a.m. to place a service call. We set up a time betweeen 10-12 same day! At 9:33a.m. the technician called to say he was on his way! Wow! Mr. Al Fleming gave me his professional and personal opinion on what would be best for my house abd budget. He was great! I ordered a new garage door and LiftMaster opener! Great job Precision and staff! Our garage spring broke. Your Yellow Pages ad got my attention with 24 hr. service, BBB, Angies List, fully insured, etc. Each time I called, a friendly, helpful person answered the phone right away. Matt, our service tech, was friendly, professional and caring. He did a complete safety inspection, answered all our questions, gave us not only his recommendations but confidence in making our decision. The repairs were made in a timely manner and the price was what we were quoted with no hidden charges.

We have been having an occasional problem with mice entering the garage. The last time Ryan Freeman came out to replace the motherboard in our garage opener, he said we might want to replace the gasket at the bottom of the door. He was professional and very neat. I would recommend Precison Door and Ryan to anyone in need of repair. I'm really glad that I chose Precison last December when we needed repairs.

Some guy named Jim Boland had been here in 2005 and left a "lifetime warranty on parts and labor". That warranty was honored without any problem or confusion. I also used the $10 off service charge coupon from the yellow pages - also honored without question! Same day service - actualy within a few hours by a competent and friendly serviceman. I'd have clicked 6 stars if you had them up there!

Matt quickly diagnosed the problem (door did not open fully), did the necessary service, and re-programmed the control panel for the correct up-and-down travel. I am very satisfied with Matt's service and when I asked (curious) about the cause of the problem, Matt thoroughly explained what had happened. I feel confident that any problem, or even a suspected problem if something isn't operating just right,will be taken care of promptly and properly by Precision.

Ryan came out and diagnosed our problem and gave a a choice in correcting it. He was not hard sell and was very honest as to advantages of replacing vs repair.We opted for repair provided the cost of the motherboard is not prohibitive. He also reviewed the coupons we had and determined the best for us to use. Being on a retiree income, we really appreciated that! We have two garage doors and Ryan was out in December to replace the spring in the other one. Great technician. I wish I could be so confident in all service people and companies
