The garage broke at 5 in the morning both vehicles inside garage and it was pouring the rain. Went on line and looked for emergency repair service. I was impressed they have someone to answer phones at 6:00 am and had an appointment for anywhere from 10-12:00. The technician Anthony was very understanding, especially when he saw the door laying in the back yard. He told me my options and the cost. I felt he recommended the options and was honest with me. He worked quickly and was out of here by Noon. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I don't believe 5 stars is enough for the service I received from Will Coad. He called when he was on his way which was within the appointment time given. I had more of a problem then I originally thought and Will explained everything in great detail and told me what my options were. The work was done professionally and he cleaned up after he was done. I wish other service providers were as professional and courteous.

My garage door tension spring broke. I located Precision Garage Door on Angies List. I called them and they came out the same day an arrived at the scheduled time. The technician was Will Coad. He evaluated what was wrong and was very helpful explaining what needed to be reconditioned and repaired. He provided excellent service.

We had our garage door serviced by precision door a few years ago and had great service then. Recently the door which is 25 yrs old showed signs of stress and Ryan explained in detail the repair and replacement costs. We decided to replace the door and opener and are completely satisfied with the Olympiad door and new opener. Ryan did a great job installing it and we couldn't be happier! Dave was our technician. He called in advance and was on time. We needed a tuneup after having the garage redone. He inspected everything and reinstalled a couple things that hadn't been put up since the remodel. He was a pleasure to deal with.

They are professionals, on time and good. However sort of expensive--but who has time to get quotes when you are held hostage in your home by a broken garage door. MONEY WELL SPENT.

Called on a Holiday weekend Saturday afternoon 2PM appt. Set up for between 2-4 and the repairman would call when he has on his way to let you know his arrival time. At about 2:30, Ryan, the repairman called and said he could be here by 3:00 if that was convenient as he finished a call earlier than expected and was only 15 minutes away. I told him to come ahead. Ryan, was pleasant, friendly, he walked in the garage, looked up and said I see your problem from here a broken spring. He gave us the price and advised us that it is better to do both at once. He did them quick, neat and even re-programmed one of our garage door openers. Great Job Ryan, Thank You

Hi Jim, I am a repeat customer from 10 years ago. Dave came out to fix our garage door spring that broke. He was very courteous and helpful. Fixed the garage door very quickly, replacing both springs and also noticed cable was frayed and replaced it. And since are parts were under warranty, we only had to pay labor. We called you back because you originally installed/repaired our garage door. Dave was just as nice and helpful as you were 10 years ago. Thanks Dave for coming out today, your service was excellent. Should we have any problems with the garage door we will be sure to call you back, probably in another 10 years if not more! James

Bill arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of some of the parts, the job became more complex than originally thought. He fully explained the options for the repair. He worked with his supervisor to find an optimal solution to the problem, and actually discounted some of the parts needed for an ideal repair. He persisted in his efforts to precisely balance the door, even to the point of disassembling the repair to install a different spring to achieve an ideal result. Bill was excellent! My garage door wasn't working and Bill came out right away. He found that there was no electricity to the garage and I did not have a key to the old lock in the garage door. He got into the garage without damaging any of it. I asked him to install a new lock and key which he did in about 5 minutes. Problem solved! Bill was very professional and personable. I give Bill and Precision Door my highest recommendation.

Dave, the technician, called ahead allowing me to warn him about my snow covered driveway. He had to go up and down that driveway to carry tools, ladder, and parts, but he was prepared. He described what he had to do, showed me what had been done incorrectly by the previous door repair company that led to my current problem of a destroyed trolley screw drive. We discussed the remedies short-term and long-term and he demonstrated ways in which I could keep my door working more easily. He was very polite and methodical in doing the repairs. I would love to warn others about the previous door company, but I was very pleased with Precision and its technician. I would recommend Precision highly and use them on my rental properties when I have problems.
