Al Fleming telephoned me to let me know he would arrive in 1/2 hour and he arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided the needed repair. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Will call again when repairs are needed in the future.

Hi, When I called I was told a technician would be out between 11:00am-2:00pm . Paul called 10:10am and said he was in the Berea area and would be by in about 20 minutes. He arrived 15 minutes later took a few minutes to greet my husband and I. Another 5 minutes to check out what needed repairing on the garage door and another 5 minutes to explain the good, better and best repair options. Then it took about 1 hr to complete and explain what he did . He was polite and courteous . I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you !

Very satisfied with Precision Door Service. When the spring on my garage door snapped on a Saturday night in January, in the middle of a fridgid Cleveland winter, tech Bill Adamini was at my house that Sunday afternoon (at no extra weekend charge). Bill's extensive door knowledge and descriptions of solutions quickly put me at ease. Within 20 minutes my door was fixed and my family was on the road again. Will use Precision in the future!

Prompt, quick service. I've had good experiences in the past with Precision and this visit was no different. My technician, Al Flemming, was knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. He repaired my door quickly with little expense. I would definitely recommend Precision and will continue to use them in the future because of their quality service.

Paul came to our house and quickly determined the cause of our garage door problem. He described the issues in detail and showed me different options and prices to fix the issues. We ended up going with a complete garage door rebuild and a new garage door opener as ours was about to the end of its life. It is amazing how much quieter the garage door is now with a new opener and all new rollers, bearings, and springs.

I found Precision on Angie's List and called about 7pm the coldest night of the year. Will came out in about an hour, calling me earlier to give me his arrival time. Within another hour the new springs were installed and I could park my car in the garage again instead of outside in the -2 weather. The service was professional, thorough and friendly. I would definitely use them and again and recommend them.

Bill did a great job! He called and was able to come a little early after the last job and arrived promptly. He took the time to explain the situation, my options and answered all my questions. He replaced the rollers, chain drive gear, spring and put in a center bearing plate that was missing. He also took a quick look at my second garage door to let me know what I may want to address/maintenance in the near future. Very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to have him back out if I run into a problem again.

Your Tech Matt Petroff did a great job explaining the work that would be done and what he recommended. He did not push any service or additional repairs after his recommendation like other sales/tech reps form other companies which was a nice change of pace. Matt did a great job with the servicing the door, installation of new parts and clean-up.

My technician, Bill Adamini, was fantastic. He knew exactly how to diagnose the problem I was having with my garage door opener, and he did it in a quick, efficient manner. He was very personable and helpful. He gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I had another issue, which I did, and he came right back to help out. He even brought in my trash cans as he was leaving!

It's always a pleasure to write a good review on a job very well done. Ryan came out to help decide what could be done with a very noisy 18 year old garage door opener. Since worn out gearing/bearigs were unlikely to improve with more grease or oil lubrication I picked out an replacement opener package. Ryan provided the details without "pressure" to help choose a new system. The installation was quick and clean. Ryan helped set up the in car remote and helped rehang an item that was next to the new opener. Professional and customer focused....with a solid product. Neighbors will be told who to go to for garage door problems

Thank you Jim, you have great team of highly professional workers. I am very happy with my garage door and would recommend your company to my friends and family. I have only one suggestion, the original trim on the outside frame of my garage door was little wider than your replacement trim which requires me to paint the frame. I am sure that is something you can easily accommodate, I know trims come in various widths. Thank you.

As for the stops, unfortunately some of the older doors have the wood stops, which are slightly wider than the more modern stops. We hope it is not to much of an inconvenience to you.

I give Bill a 5- star A+ rating. He was courteous, friendly, informative and efficient, explained the purpose of necessary parts, answered questions, and educated me. Bill repaired my broken garage door springs and my garage door opener. He even went out of his way to help me with my garage door opener remote that was not working properly and gave me an old one he had in his truck that he was not using. I was very happy with my service, so I would say that Bill performed an outstanding job; quite an asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

All is a model employee. He evaluated my broken garage door opener and gave me several recommendations. He worked very diligently replacing the mechanism. I checked on him several times because it was very cold and, eventually dark outside. He would always give a big smile and say he was doing just fine and keeping warm. The garage door works beautifully now! Thank-you Al, for being so pleasant and courteous!
