My wife and I were very happy with the Techician (Paul) who came to our house today to estimate the cost of a replacement garage door. He was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. We were surprised and delighted there was no 'hard sell' at the end of our meeting. I'm fairly certain we'll be buying from Precision Door.

On Friday one of may garaged door springs broke so Saturday morning I called Precision Door for an estimate to repair the broken spring. When I spoke with a call center representative on Saturday morning, I was told that a repair could be done that day and there would be no weekend extra fee only a $65 fee which would be removed if I had the repair done. The service technician, Paul Broschk, examined the door and told me that in addition to a broken spring, there were other items that needed to be replaced. Paul performed the repair work in a very timely and professional manner and after the repairs were completed he explained in detail the repair work that was done. The garage door now operates like new. Paul conducts himself in a very courteous, friendly and professional manner and provided me a valuable customer service.

We called Precision at 7:15 am because we were unable to open our garage door due to a broken spring. Our technician Greg Carden was scheduled to arrive at 4 but came early. Because 2 cars were stuck in the garage, Greg had little room to work, but he was able to complete the job quickly and very efficiently. Anthony was very professional and discussed my options to either repair or purchase a new door. I realize the door is very old and have had to make repairs in the past. He repaired the spring on my door at no charge which hopefully will keep working until the new door arrives. The amount of the repair was almost half of the new door and was the best practical option. He called ahead and asked if he could come earlier then my scheduled appointment which was great because I could not open the door and my car was stuck in the garage. Thanks

We have had Precision out to our house before and as usual they were great. We had a Groupon for a garage door tune up and roller replacement. Right before our technician Anthony came to the house I noticed a noise coming from the door that concerned me. Anthony was fantastic He did the tune-up, installed the rollers and made a small adjustment that took care of the sound. He also explained some issues that we could be facing down the road due to the age of the door. There wasn't any pressure just a explanation of age related issues we may face going forward. Once again Anthony did a fabulous job and we highly recommend Precision. Love the same day appointments.

I called your company as a spring on my garage door had broken. Within an hour my service technician was here and replaced the spring. He lubricated the hinges and made sure it was working properly before leaving for his next job. He was very professional, courteous, and was a good representative for your company. Two panels of my garage door were damaged by a large tree branch that fell during a severe storm. I made the initial call and an appointment was set-up immediately for the next day. The technician, Bill, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote on the spot which was reasonable with the work being completed within a couple days. They are now my "go to" garage door company.

Three cranky overhead garage door openers were nagging for service. The outfit that originally installed the doors & openers and had serviced them for a decade now only "wholesales" the equipment. When I asked them to recommend a local service company they gave me the number of a "moonlighter" who might do the job if I told him they had sent me to him. Uhh, no! So I went on-line and found a collection of local overhead door installation & service companies. I rejected all whose "websites" were actually Facebook pages (how unprofessional!!) and fortuitously selected Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, based on their very business-like internet website and extremely helpful telephone receptionist. A service call was scheduled at the very first convenient opportunity. The serviceman (Anthony) was exactly on time, arriving moments after the promised telephone call to announce his coming. He courteously helped me roll a disabled vehicle out of one garage bay for opener access, checked operation of all remotes, adjusted all door settings, lubricated all moving parts and completed programming of the in-car remote in one vehicle. In a professional manner he also explained available maintenance options to assure continued proper door operation (which we elected to defer). The charge for this much appreciated service call was quite reasonable. Consider me a very satisfied customer who will continue to do business with Precision, and I heartily recommend them to others.

Zee, my technician from Precision, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener. He provided options for repair or replacement. I chose to repair since the issues were minor. In about 30 min my opener was working! Zee was professional, knowledgeable and gave me options on next steps. When I do need a new garage door opener, I will be using Precision and Zee. I highly recommend them!
