I recently had a new garage door opener installed, mine predated the 80's so I was nervous about the cost and installation time. The service performed by Jim Boland was not stressful at all. Jim was able to come on a Saturday, he was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Jim and precision to anyone that asks. I am extremely satisfied with product and service

Mr. John Franks called before his predicted arrival time (which was earlier than expected, and great). He was kind enough to take time to explain what was needed to repair my garage door before he began. He worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. I called them in the morning to ask about coming out to look at my opener. They were very clear as to how they charge for these type services and I was happy to hear they could come out that afternoon! They were very careful to make sure my contact information was correct and, as promised, the tech called when he was on the way and arrived right on time! I looked you up in the yellow pages when the company i used before could not get some to me as the advertisement promised. I office sales person explained what the technician would do upon arrival. Anthony did exactly what she said and explained what my other options were and the cost of each. He did and excellent job (5 stars) and completed the work within an hour. He also changed the code on my outside lock as well as hooking up my care remote. GREAT TIMELY SERVICE.

I had bought a Groupon deal for new rollers, garage door inspection, and a keyless remote pad to be installed. The whole process was amazing I had called precision after getting my voucher and the friendly receptionist got me scheduled earlier than I was expecting. I immediately got a email confirmation with my technicians name and biography. When Anthony arrived he looked at my door and asked what my concerns were if any. He explained to me why my belt on my opener was sagging after closing the door. He explained to me that my door was out of balance and my springs were showing signs of fatigue. He thoroughly explained what could be done and a few options to get the door back to optimal operation. I decided on a door rebuild and got a small discount since I had already paid for some of the labor costs. Anthony was very polite and professional, he never tried to push any of the services he explained. He got the job done in bout an hour and the door works better then ever. Will be using precision in the future when I need more maintenance done.

Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. He was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable, and told me to call if there was any problem with the opener. Many thanks to Precision Garage Door and Paul Broschk for your excellent service.

Bill came out for an emergency garage door repair on February 3rd. My electric garage door would not close. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door quickly and accurately. He even helped us put our stuff back in our garage. Cost was reasonable. Service was better than I expected. I highly recommend.

Zoran, a very nice guy, did a wonderful job fixing our garage door. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a worn-out overhead motor - and installed a new one. He also made us aware that the door was old, heavy and would best be replaced. We appreciated his expertise, quick fix, and recommendations for selecting a new door. I highly recommend this man! We will ask for him for any future repairs!

My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. She provided me the name of the assigned technician and a 2 hour time frame when I could expect him. Paul arrived early to our appointment which was awesome! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered us two options for service. He worked quickly and efficiently to repair our garage door and we were repaired within an hour. Highly recommend for quality, prompt and professional service! Thank you!

Precision Door is at the top of their game in service, professionalism, responsiveness, and pricing. It is a very pleasant surprise given other service providers and contractors today. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.
