Two panels of my garage door were damaged by a large tree branch that fell during a severe storm. I made the initial call and an appointment was set-up immediately for the next day. The technician, Bill, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote on the spot which was reasonable with the work being completed within a couple days. They are now my "go to" garage door company.

Three cranky overhead garage door openers were nagging for service. The outfit that originally installed the doors & openers and had serviced them for a decade now only "wholesales" the equipment. When I asked them to recommend a local service company they gave me the number of a "moonlighter" who might do the job if I told him they had sent me to him. Uhh, no! So I went on-line and found a collection of local overhead door installation & service companies. I rejected all whose "websites" were actually Facebook pages (how unprofessional!!) and fortuitously selected Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, based on their very business-like internet website and extremely helpful telephone receptionist. A service call was scheduled at the very first convenient opportunity. The serviceman (Anthony) was exactly on time, arriving moments after the promised telephone call to announce his coming. He courteously helped me roll a disabled vehicle out of one garage bay for opener access, checked operation of all remotes, adjusted all door settings, lubricated all moving parts and completed programming of the in-car remote in one vehicle. In a professional manner he also explained available maintenance options to assure continued proper door operation (which we elected to defer). The charge for this much appreciated service call was quite reasonable. Consider me a very satisfied customer who will continue to do business with Precision, and I heartily recommend them to others.

Excellent service! Torsion spring broke on my garage door and it was repaired the same day. The technician, Zoran Jovanovic, was fantastic. He gave me several repair options and pointed out severely frayed cables which I didn't notice. Fast quality service. I also appreciated he wore a mask when discussing repair options. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks

Zee, my technician from Precision, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener. He provided options for repair or replacement. I chose to repair since the issues were minor. In about 30 min my opener was working! Zee was professional, knowledgeable and gave me options on next steps. When I do need a new garage door opener, I will be using Precision and Zee. I highly recommend them!

Bill fixed the issue with my garage door, at least it opens and closes all the way now. But I definitely need to get a new one due to the fact that it is so old. Which I will be ordering in the next day or two. He is friendly and professional and very enjoyable to talk with!!

I have used Precision Door for yrs. I have referred them to family. Every employee gives u a direct line to them personally if u have problems or more questions. Their workmanship has always been the highest quality. They won't sell u something u don need. Plus affordable. Let's not forget customer friendly. That is an A+ in my book.

Precision service technician, John Franks, was prompt, knowledgable, resolved the problem, and also provided a clear description of all the work completed. Precision Door was able to send a technician the same day I called for service and also stood by their existing warranty. Thank you Precision and thank you John.

Your service representative was actually early for the appointment, which usually doesn't happen in today's society. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very professional. If he were my employee I would be proud of him. Your company trucks had a very descriptive logo on it so there would be no question about who was pulling into my driveway. And I loved the fact that even before he came I received an e-mail for confirmation with the service employees pictures so I could identify who was coming for service. The BBB Rating is also a PLUS! Thank you for quick service and if we should need anything your company could supply we will definitely be contacting you.

Paul was very personable and knowledgeable about the products. He informed me on all of my options not trying to talk me into anything I didn't really need. And my cat Mr. Hyde loved him so he has to be a good guy!

A spring on my garage door broke, and I called Precision, as they had been out at my house a year ago for another problem. Like the first time, they quickly scheduled an appointment, and this morning Bill Adamini (who, coincidentally, was the tech who serviced my garage door a year ago) arrived early and ready to work. Within 30 minutes, I was back in business. GREAT service by a great and friendly technician!

I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. I highly recommend Precision.
