Zee, my technician from Precision, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener. He provided options for repair or replacement. I chose to repair since the issues were minor. In about 30 min my opener was working! Zee was professional, knowledgeable and gave me options on next steps. When I do need a new garage door opener, I will be using Precision and Zee. Bill fixed the issue with my garage door, at least it opens and closes all the way now. But I definitely need to get a new one due to the fact that it is so old. Which I will be ordering in the next day or two. He is friendly and professional and very enjoyable to talk with!!

Your service representative was actually early for the appointment, which usually doesn't happen in today's society. He was courteous, informative, knowledgeable and very professional. If he were my employee I would be proud of him. Your company trucks had a very descriptive logo on it so there would be no question about who was pulling into my driveway. And I loved the fact that even before he came I received an e-mail for confirmation with the service employees pictures so I could identify who was coming for service. The BBB Rating is also a PLUS! A spring on my garage door broke, and I called Precision, as they had been out at my house a year ago for another problem. Like the first time, they quickly scheduled an appointment, and this morning Bill Adamini (who, coincidentally, was the tech who serviced my garage door a year ago) arrived early and ready to work. Within 30 minutes, I was back in business. GREAT service by a great and friendly technician!

I asked Precision to install a garage door keypad and provide a remote opener for an older car I own. The technician did run a few minutes late but called me in advance to advise me of the delay which was only 10 minutes off the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also inspected my garage door and provided good information for future consideration. He paired my new car with the opener and answered all my questions. If I have a garage door issue in the future, Precision will be my first call!

Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer.
