Paul & Greg, what a dynamic duo! Paul phoned about an hour prior to arrival. He confirmed my address and needs for a new opener. Exactly one hour later, Paul & Greg arrived. Just like Paul said he would. I was told installation would take an hour. Well, they underestimated they’re ability. Team work! It was about 30/40 minutes. New, Liftmaster 3/4 horse opener, & Key pad. Paul even programmed one button on my new remotes to sync with my wife’s, older Liftmaster opener. THAT is so very much appreciated! Not only exceptionally efficient, but personable too. My previous Liftmaster lasted for 24 years no problems. I know the new one will, too. Thanks to my friend Leslie M., for recommending PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE! I too, shall recommend them & Paul & Greg!

Bill Adamini called and arrived for the appt early which was good. Showed me the broken spring and worn cable wires. Told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Finished in 1/2 hour. Lubed everything, fixed a wire and I think he even changed a light bulb. Great work! Thanks

Zoran Jovanovic had to order a bottom seal for my Wayne Dalton Garage door, he will order it for me and return to fix the bottom seal. I've had Zee here before and he is an excellent technician. My garage door will be repaired when he receives the part.

The technician (Paul) arrived promptly within the parameters of scheduled appointment. He was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable, I explained my concerns and he recommended new springs which I agreed with. The time that it took him to make the repairs was remarkable and I was pleased with the end results . We also talked about putting a opener on the door and he made some recommendations which are under consideration . So when I am ready to get the door opener I will definitely call on precision again I am very pleased with their work.

Installer, Joe, called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived precisely on time and completely explained what he would be doing to remove and replace my two old garage doors. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. All during this time, he was exceptionally pleasant to our family and personable. Excellent service (something I don't get to say often enough, nowadays)! I will call Precision any time an issue arises.

I recently had a new garage door opener installed, mine predated the 80's so I was nervous about the cost and installation time. The service performed by Jim Boland was not stressful at all. Anthony did exactly what she said and explained what my other options were and the cost of each. He did and excellent job (5 stars) and completed the work within an hour. He also changed the code on my outside lock as well as hooking up my care remote. GREAT TIMELY SERVICE.
