I had bought a Groupon deal for new rollers, garage door inspection, and a keyless remote pad to be installed. The whole process was amazing I had called precision after getting my voucher and the friendly receptionist got me scheduled earlier than I was expecting. I immediately got a email confirmation with my technicians name and biography. When Anthony arrived he looked at my door and asked what my concerns were if any. He explained to me why my belt on my opener was sagging after closing the door. He explained to me that my door was out of balance and my springs were showing signs of fatigue. He thoroughly explained what could be done and a few options to get the door back to optimal operation. I decided on a door rebuild and got a small discount since I had already paid for some of the labor costs. Anthony was very polite and professional, he never tried to push any of the services he explained. He got the job done in bout an hour and the door works better then ever. Will be using precision in the future when I need more maintenance done.

He was fast, courteous, competent, and explained to me what he was doing for the repair process and why. Yes, Paul really knows his stuff! Our garage door needed immediate repair, as it was stuck halfway, not opening or closing. Upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, they were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours! The technician, Paul Broschk, arrive right on the time, and thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to be done, and some alternatives. He installed a new garage door opener, keypad, and new rollers, and lubricated the bearings, etc. Paul made sure my keypad and the integrated opener in my car worked properly, and did all of this in a timely manner. Bill came out for an emergency garage door repair on February 3rd. My electric garage door would not close. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my garage door quickly and accurately. He even helped us put our stuff back in our garage. Cost was reasonable. Service was better than I expected. I highly recommend.

Zoran, a very nice guy, did a wonderful job fixing our garage door. He quickly diagnosed the problem - a worn-out overhead motor - and installed a new one. He also made us aware that the door was old, heavy and would best be replaced. We appreciated his expertise, quick fix, and recommendations for selecting a new door. I highly recommend this man! My garage door spring and cabling unexpectedly snapped and broke. I Googled "garage door repair" and saw that Precision was a local company. I gave them a call and spoke to a representative right away. She was extremely professional. She was able to dispatch my call immediately for same day service. She provided me the name of the assigned technician and a 2 hour time frame when I could expect him. Paul arrived early to our appointment which was awesome! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and offered us two options for service. Bill Adamini showed up exactly when promised, and quickly resolved the issue. Great, fast service at a reasonable price. My garage door spring broke. After searching yellow pages and internet I decided to give Precision a call since they had a 24 hour answering service. An appointment was set up for the next morning with Paul as the technician. Paul arrived on time (actually he was early), explained the options available for repairing the spring and other components that were worn. Garage door had been installed in 2001 and definitely in need of repair/service. After approval, Paul went about his job and finished in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and personable. Springs and other components were replaced and the door works like a charm. Before it would scream like a banshee when it opened or closed. I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door issues.
