Amy did a great job of getting all of my information correctly and was very pleasant on the phone. Greg Carden is an outstanding tech and knew exactly how to improve the operation of our double garage door. The opener may need to be replaced in the future and we would certainly want to have Precision do the work, especially if we can ask for Greg to be the installer. You have a great company, as a first time user I was very impressed, thank you!

Called on Monday morning around 8AM and the service man called at 9AM and was at our house by 9:30AM. GREAT service - replaced the broken springs, cleaned up and was out the door in an hour. Sorry, don't remember his name, but he was super friendly explained everything he was going to do, along with the charges that would be incurred to get our approval before starting. Highly recommend this company!!

Paul & Greg, what a dynamic duo! Paul phoned about an hour prior to arrival. He confirmed my address and needs for a new opener. Exactly one hour later, Paul & Greg arrived. Just like Paul said he would. I was told installation would take an hour. Well, they underestimated they’re ability. Team work! It was about 30/40 minutes. New, Liftmaster 3/4 horse opener, & Key pad. Paul even programmed one button on my new remotes to sync with my wife’s, older Liftmaster opener. THAT is so very much appreciated! Not only exceptionally efficient, but personable too. My previous Liftmaster lasted for 24 years no problems. I know the new one will, too. Thanks to my friend Leslie M., for recommending PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE! I too, shall recommend them & Paul & Greg!

Bill Adamini called and arrived for the appt early which was good. Showed me the broken spring and worn cable wires. Told me exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Finished in 1/2 hour. Lubed everything, fixed a wire and I think he even changed a light bulb. Great work! Thanks

The technician (Paul) arrived promptly within the parameters of scheduled appointment. He was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable, I explained my concerns and he recommended new springs which I agreed with. The time that it took him to make the repairs was remarkable and I was pleased with the end results . We also talked about putting a opener on the door and he made some recommendations which are under consideration . Installer, Joe, called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived precisely on time and completely explained what he would be doing to remove and replace my two old garage doors. Joe was efficient in his time, very courteous and professional. He cleared away all the debris when finished and went over care and maintenance with me. The new doors look and work perfectly.
