We were very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Door. Obviously, same day availability especially with the recent inclement weather is huge. Our technician Bill arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely courteous, professional and diligent. He had the problem diagnosed and solved in a very efficient amount of time. The package we purchased will hopefully eliminate any future debacles. We highly recommend Precision Door and rate them 5 stars!

“Z” was early and very courteous. He explained everything he needed to do to get our garage door working like normal again. I figured he would have to come back to do the job since it was a lot of work. He said nope he would get it done in about 2-3 hours even though it was 4:00PM. Could not have asked for Better service ! Felt confident with your ad but the real satisfaction came when our installer John Gilles arrived with full knowledge of what to do to solve our problem! We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! The service technician and the installers were timely, professional and knowledgeable. We wouldn't think of hiring any other company. Thank you Precision Door!!
