I cannot say enough about your technician Matt Petroff. He was informative and extremely friendly. He pointed out the options to fix my door and let me decide what to do. He explained the choices I had in detail. Because of his expertise, I purchase a garage door opener. He did a beautiful job much more than I expected. He was efficient and extremely well trained in his profession. I have recommended him to my friends who need garage door repairs. Where do I start, your web page provided me with all I needed to know about the different garage door motors, how the whole garage system works. When Paul Broschk arrived at my home I already had a photo of him thanks again to your e-mail sent to me prior to his arrival. Let me just say I hate spending money for repairs. I thought I was going to spend about $200.00 for a Spring replacement, but ended up spending more. Because of Paul taking his time to go over every part of my garage safety inspection and pointing out what was needed. I was given three options and went with the best option. My family safety is very important to me. Paul was not just about the job, but he was very caring and knew his job. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything he replaced and its function. He is very easy to talk to and was more than helpful. I will call on and refer friends and family to Precision Door and I will have them ask for Paul, that's how good and friendly he was. I plan to do business with you all in the future when I need a motor replaced. Thanks again, there is nothing like a working garage door and to know I have 24/7 service. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed. He cleaned up and explained the lifetime guarantee that is offered by Precision on their parts and service. I am happy to recommend Precision to anyone that needs work done right the first time on their garage door repair needs. I also recommend that you ask for Bill Adamini when you schedule an appointment. He really knows his job. Paul came to check out my broken spring and noted that my door was damaged as well, and advised that I replace the door rather than just the spring. As this was really my only place to keep a car, Paul also went out of his way to make sure he could get the door installed the next day! Paul did a great job in my tiny little garage, making sure the door hung level and was attached to studs, unlike my old door. Thank you for taking care of me!

We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door. He checked everything, told us it could possibly be a circuit breaking going bad.... I would call on Precision for sure next time we are in need or when we decide to install a new door. I could not be happier with both the service and the results of the work done by Zoran at Precision Door Service. Zoran first worked to solve a tricky problem with my garage door, and then stayed for several hours to do a complete overhaul of my 50+ year old wooden garage door. Bill Adamini called because he had an earlier cancellation...he arrived within 10 minutes of his phone call & proceeded with an inspection of the faulty door opener When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed, due to its age, he offered to replace it. He quoted me what seemed to be a fair price & had a new door opener installed within an hour. We ultimately replaced both door openers and I now have a keypad also....the work was done quickly, the cleanup efficient. I like the idea of a lifetime guarantee. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks so much

Matt was prompt, and efficient. He explained our options before installing a new garage door opener. He obviously is skilled at his work. When he was done, he left the garage cleaner than it was before he came. He took the time to explain our new opener to me! Service was excellent.
