We called for service in the morning, and by 4:30 our technician, Prince, was here. He called to let us know when he would arrive, and did arrive on time. Though our garage opener system is quite old, he was able to install a keypad to operate the door from the outside. He programmed the keypad to respond to our old system perfectly. We had used Precision at our former home in Bay Village, on numerous occasions, some emergency on weekends. We can't imagine calling any other company. All the technicians have been superb, and the most recent, Prince, continued the excellent service. Thank you so much for your customer service. To elaborate, Prince was a great listener, and with his significant height was able to change the lightbulb in the mechanism, and was patient when I forgot the code I had entered. We were very gratified that we got same day service, though hadn't expected it.

Scheduling a service call was easy and convenient. The technician called before he arrived and was here when he said he would be. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what we needed. This was the second time we had your technician, Zoran, out to do work on our garage door. Both times, the work was performed quickly and professionally. The first time, the spring broke on the door and we couldn't open it; he suggested that we replace all the working parts on the door, which we did. He was able to easily answer each question I asked. He cleaned up all of his materials. He used his electronics for the receipt and billing with ease. I had called just for the cable that snapped but due to further checking by the serviceman Bill there was more wrong than the cable that was damaged. Having discussed what it would cost to fix it was advisable to replace the door. Thanks for having men like Bill to help with my decision.

Where do I start, your web page provided me with all I needed to know about the different garage door motors, how the whole garage system works. When Paul Broschk arrived at my home I already had a photo of him thanks again to your e-mail sent to me prior to his arrival. Let me just say I hate spending money for repairs. I thought I was going to spend about $200.00 for a Spring replacement, but ended up spending more. Because of Paul taking his time to go over every part of my garage safety inspection and pointing out what was needed. I was given three options and went with the best option. My family safety is very important to me. Paul was not just about the job, but he was very caring and knew his job. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything he replaced and its function. He is very easy to talk to and was more than helpful. I will call on and refer friends and family to Precision Door and I will have them ask for Paul, that's how good and friendly he was. I plan to do business with you all in the future when I need a motor replaced. Thanks again, there is nothing like a working garage door and to know I have 24/7 service. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed. He cleaned up and explained the lifetime guarantee that is offered by Precision on their parts and service. I am happy to recommend Precision to anyone that needs work done right the first time on their garage door repair needs. We called for a non-emergency repair and set an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived promptly, fixed our problem, was friendly and explained everything. We had been using Genie but have decided to use Precision from now on.
