Z was awesome! He called ahead, came right on time... gave me an honest opinion on all my options and did not try to push me into purchasing anything I didn't need. He replaced the opener, rusted parts on my door, installed a keypad and remote system - all very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him/Precision Doors to anyone! I've rarely ever seen such exceptional service from a company. Both the gentleman who made the original service call and Ryan, the specialist who came out to do the work, were incredibly dedicated, professional, honest, and and passionate about their work. They genuinely seemed excited for me and were proud of the company they worked for. When it came time for the work to be done, I watched Ryan obsess over minor details long after the new garage door was in and working properly, before informing me that the work was complete. The new garage door works like a dream and looks amazing, and I'm very impressed by the affordable lifetime warranty they offer, where they replace all parts for life, free of charge, including springs. I can't sing this company's praise enough. They did an amazing job.

I was amazed with the speed and quality of my garage door service. Called at 12:30, Zoran came about 15 minutes later and finished about 2:00 pm. Zoran recognized the problems, provided the estimate and did the job well. I have use Precision Service in the past and will continue to rely on this company for all garage door problems. The while thing went very well. I called on a Sunday and asked for a Monday appointment, which was given to me right away. I received an e mail with the techs name that was going to come it also had his picture. I think this a great service. When Will got here he looked. At the opener and told me what was wrong. He was able to tell me how old my opener was, I did not think it was worth saving, so I purchased a new one. He did not push me into buying one!!! He did a great job of installing a new opener and then I asked him to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door, which he did. I could not be happier with the service Will provided.

Paul, the technician, called to let me know he was on his way, which was great. He was very personable, knowledgeable, confident and efficient in getting the work done. The Precision Tech called to give me 15 minutes notice that he was on his way which was very helpful to me. He quickly analyzed and resolved the issue that I was having with the sensor and checked the other door components and springs to make sure everything was in good working order. He was very courteous and explained things well which was also helpful. I also appreciate the senior discount and would definitely call Precision again, if needed.

He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago. I just happen to see Paul across the street working on my neighbors doors. I asked Paul if he had time to come over and look at the two doors I had. Paul said of course and he'd be happy to look things over. After his evaluation, he said he would be back that afternoon to address the few things he observed. He was right on time and did a great job explaining in "plain english" just what needed to be down. He did exactly what he said he would do and did a great job. Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.
