Al Fleming arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was polite, personable and professional. Al showed me the problems and explained the cause in easily understandable terms. He replaced the cable and rollers on the garage door followed by checking for door leveling. I was very pleased with him and his work on my garage door. I will definitely call back Precision for any other work on the door, and, hopefully I can request Al to do the work.

I have a 70 year old home. Last winter the water pipes burst in the attic above the garage - 4 times- and water / ice cascaded over the front and sides of the door. Since then, the door has been noisy and definitely in need of some TLC. Enter Paul...on time, friendly and at task to complete a basic replacement of all door parts, rollers, drums, springs, etc.. Now I have a quiet door that seems to move effortlessly. Thanks!

I give Precision Garage Door & their employee a 5-star rating! I sent an e-mail to your company, prior to seeing your e-mail questionnaire in the incoming file. Without hesitation, I select 5 stars for your company's fine service & prompt response to my request for repairs for a broken spring. Starting w/ the operators who took my call and subsequent scheduling of an appointment for required repairs, your office staff was friendly, polite and efficient. And then the actual appointment where your nice gentleman took the time to explain & repaired the door. I believe this is the first time the door closes-all the way so no light is visible under it - & thus the cold air is blocked. Your repairman was a gentleman, and he did an amazing job restoring the closing of the door (especially in this extreme cold weather..... I may have previously sent an e-mail to you - prior to finding this e-mail. If so, please overlook if this a duplication. The service was outstanding. I called for an appointment in the morning, we agreed a time window. The service technician called in advance to advise actual time on site within the window. I'm happy to give Precision and Paul Broschk a 5 star rating. My 26 year-old garage door had multiple problems from rollers, to springs and the opener itself. Paul arrived earlier than promised and explained exactly what needed to be done. He did the work in the 2-1/2 hours he said it would take and explained to me and my wife exactly how to work everything. That door has never operated so quietly

A broken spring on our garage door is a horrible way to start the holiday season but a phone call and having Paul show up from Precision made my life a little easier. Paul was very upbeat for a cold morning. He did a very quick assessment and made some recommendations and said he will be done in an hour. He was done in less than an hour and walked me through everything he fixed, checked and lubed. He also gave me some tips on how to take care of the new system. I have a double garage and if the other spring breaks I will definitely give Precision a call! Quick, easy and friendly!
We have learned from experience that garage doors break at the most inconvenient time. Our job is to be available to answer the homeowners call for repair. The weather is inconsequential, we just have to dress warm. Do not hesitate to call on Precision Door for any garage door needs.

The chain came off of our mechanism and the door would only go down about half way. A technician, Paul, came within a couple of hours of our distress call. It was one of the coldest days of the winter. He examined the situation and explained our options. Our openers were 23 years old. After hearing his recommendations, we decided to go with new openers and asked him to proceed. He was very conscientious, neat and thorough.

Matt pulled off an amazing surprise for my elderly parents and went beyond the call of duty! I live in Virginia as was asked to pull off a huge task of surprising my parents with their very first garage door opener (without them knowing it)...perfect Christmas gift right? In 84 years, they have never had the luxury of having an automated door. Their garage was built in 1911 and it was questionable if there was even enough headroom to install one in the first place. I turned to Angie's List to find the best garage door opener installer reviews out there and just trusted it was all truth. Overhead Garage Precision Door Service was a the top of the list for all the right reasons. Their service was top notch all around! All the "covert" arrangements, appointment setting, explanation of the correct opener to purchase was done long distance over the phone. I also had the privilege of working with Brad Buzzelli and a Jeff Ware who answered all of my questions, prior to assigning Matt as our Technician. Their answering service did an outstanding job also. I spoke with a Ms Doneli and at least three other wonderful ladies. All of them were so nice and dedicated to getting me answers fast. Matt was excellent in meeting up with my brother and niece at the precise time he said he would be there...making sure the coast was clear of my parents. He was also excellent in trouble shooting when he realized there was not enough headroom but managed to install supports that would allow the unit to work perfectly. His 15 years of experience really shined at this moment of uncertainty ...he came through with his extensive knowledge of what to do in this instance. Mr. Petroff's service did not end there! Today, he called my parents to make sure everything was to their satisfaction. My mother expressed how excited she was to have such a wonderful gift! However she could not program her inside car remote because it required her to get on a ladder. With in less than 30 minutes Matt was at my parents house to not only program their car to the remote, but he also install light bulb(s) in the overhead light compartment that came with the unit. Matt would have done all of these things on the day of the install but my parents did not return until hours later for the big reveal/surprise. Matt kept his promise "to return, if needed" ....but went a step further by reaching out to them first. Matt really made this an excellent & fun experience. I will be sure to write a glowing review on Angie's List as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my parents so happy!
