I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I just happen to see Paul across the street working on my neighbors doors. I asked Paul if he had time to come over and look at the two doors I had. Paul said of course and he'd be happy to look things over. After his evaluation, he said he would be back that afternoon to address the few things he observed. He was right on time and did a great job explaining in "plain english" just what needed to be down. He did exactly what he said he would do and did a great job. Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.

We're repeat customers & based on our experience with Precision over the last several years, which has ALWAYS been EMERGENCY service, we wouldn't call anyone else. Last night at 6 PM,I discovered that the garage door would not operate, leaving the car trapped. Since I have to be at work at 7 AM, I called Precision immediately. The technician, Anthony Wise, called back promptly to confirm he would be coming out, and actually arrived earlier than he estimated. Anthony was professional and friendly, making sure I could see for myself what the problems were, and giving good informational answers to my questions. I decided on a garage door "rebuild" and 2 hours later everything was shipshape. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness in taking his boots off for the short trek from front door through the house to the garage.

I chose Precision as I belong to Angie's List and they had the best and most amount of reviews and I am so glad I did. My previous garage door opener would open only a few inches and kept getting stuck over the years and I could not deal with it any more (not getting any younger) and knew I wanted one that I did not have to be bothered with any more. Bill arrived ahead of schedule which I was thankful for as I had to go to work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had the entire job done in no time despite the fact it was freezing out. The garage door opener is so quiet and I love the fact I can put it on delay for 5 minutes and it closes on it's own! Several times I forgot to close the door overnight so now I am relieved I will never have this worry. I have to give a shout out to the girl that answered the phone as she quickly dispatched Bill to the job. Hopefully this garage door opener will outlast me and I will be a happy camper!

There is nothing worse than feeling trapped in your own home. My garage door spring broke and I was unable to get my cars out. Thanks to your technician, Zoran, my problem was fixed in no time. Came across precision door on the web called them up on a Saturday was surprised to find they work the weekend. The next day Sunday Matt Petroff came out right on time explained in detail about my garage door parts operations had learned had a few very worn parts so had replaced and had a liftmaster opener installed garage door is like brand new with minimum cost. Matt did a great job with install and cleanup.

The first thing I liked about your company was being able to speak to a live person rather than the "leave a message and someone will call you back" option 5 on a phone menu.
