Our garage spring failed on a Sunday. We called Precision and they were able to send out a technician that same day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called and told he would be on his way shortly. He gave us options on the repair. He was knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire system to include pulleys, bearings, cables, rollers and springs on our door in about an hour. Our door has never sounded as quiet. Very well please with the service provided by Precision and Bill Adamini. 5 Stars.

Called on a Friday, and Service tech Paul came Saturday afternoon and did a complete replacement of springs, cables, rollers with tune-up adjustments. Very conscientious service! Door works great again!

We originally called for service because of a problem with our Genie opener not operating properly with a remote. Your service rep investigated and pointed out some installation errors which were causing the problem and suggested a new opener which, when instelled properly , would solve the problem and give us a smoother and quieter operator. In addition he pointed out a 10 year warranty on the new unit. We followed his recommendation and are pleased with the results. In addition, he inspected our second door(without an operator) and made some repairs that were required to enhance its operation. Altogether we were impressed by his service and professionalism.

I chose Precision after getting a disappointing response from 2 other companies. I did a Google search and Precision showed up. I was thrilled to see the 24x7 hours. I had a problem with my remote control and couldn't get into my garage via the emergency release. Your technician worked diligently to finally get the door open and he helped me reset the remote and keypad. Thank you so much for the service!

Presicion had done service for us before, so, naturally I called when I saw a service provided through Amazon. I did not contact Amazon, but called Precision directly. I had not realized that I had a life time warranty so I was glad that I had called Precision instead of dealing with Amazon. Bill did an excellent job and ordered materials for further repair which I requested. Rating is five star.

Customer service was excellent! Our tech called to ask if he could arrive early which shocked me. Compare that to the cable company that gave me a 12 hour window and came at the very end. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a good, better and best estimate for what needed to be repaired. I was very impressed by the different options and also the warranties that came with the option I chose. It seems like Precision truly cares about customers and stands behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We called Precision to (initially) repair a busted garage spring. We were kept up to date on arrival times, and even received an expedited service call as both our cars were trapped in the garage. Zoran was our tech. He was here for over 4 hours, repairing and installing all custom work for our (previously) extremely wonky garage door, including a new opener and torsion spring system. Zoran was entirely professional and awesome to work with. He kept us updated on every part, cost, option, etc. We highly recommend Precision! It's always refreshing to find a fantastic, local company that performs exceptional work.

We had an emergency situation when one of our springs broke and I could not manually lift the door to get our car out. I called one company which could not come for three days ("It's Friday, you know!"), another did not return the message I left on their voice mail, and Precision which did not have an available technician but since one would be leaving work in a short while at the end of his work day, he stopped and completed the repair in a quick and very friendly manner. I'm VERY impressed with your service and though the charge was a lot of money for someone on a fixed income, it was less than I'd paid for the same repair 3 years earlier. Ryan was the repairman and I can't compliment him and your company enough. Many thanks. Jim Morgan

Because they are a local company and I found them online. a live person answered my call immediately and incredibly were able to come fix my garage door that same afternoon! they sent me an email right away with photo's of the technicians so I would know who to expect. My tech, Al, was very polite, flexible, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called to confirm when he would be over, and arrived when expected.
