Because Bill Adamini did such an excellent and professional job a few weeks ago. I actually asked him then if he would personally install the replacement bottom panel for my garage door when the ordered part came in. I was lucky to have him back to do this job. All my comments about him from a previous review (5/15/15) still hold true. I give him 5 stars. There is something I'd like to mention. When I ordered the replacement door panel, I was supposed to get a call from your office when the part came in so I can set up an appointment for the installation. I never got a call, so I called your office on 6/5/15 in the a.m. and I was told that this message was going to be given to the "supervisor (?)" and I will be called back. I never got a call, so I called back in the p.m. since it was a Friday.

Chris came out today and overhauled my springs, rollers, end caps, etc. The house was built in 1979, so it was time... He arrived on time, performed an overall assessment, explained details about the new hardware components, and generally made the experience fairly painless. I will add that my selection of Precision was in large part due to the 24 hour call center and website reviews. It was great dealing with such a responsive company, and especially with competent professionals such as Chris.

Technician Bill Adamini was very friendly, took his time to review my garage door problem (one broken spring). He was so helpful that I decided to have a new opener installed. He took his time explaining what can be done and did his work promptly and then explained how everything worked and even programmed one of my car's home link remote. At the end I decided to order a bottom panel for my garage door which had shown some rusting, but I requested that he be the one to install it when it comes. He promised he will. Good job by Bill! 5 Stars

Our garage spring failed on a Sunday. We called Precision and they were able to send out a technician that same day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called and told he would be on his way shortly. He gave us options on the repair. He was knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire system to include pulleys, bearings, cables, rollers and springs on our door in about an hour. Our door has never sounded as quiet. Very well please with the service provided by Precision and Bill Adamini. 5 Stars.

We originally called for service because of a problem with our Genie opener not operating properly with a remote. Your service rep investigated and pointed out some installation errors which were causing the problem and suggested a new opener which, when instelled properly , would solve the problem and give us a smoother and quieter operator. In addition he pointed out a 10 year warranty on the new unit. We followed his recommendation and are pleased with the results. In addition, he inspected our second door(without an operator) and made some repairs that were required to enhance its operation. Altogether we were impressed by his service and professionalism.

I chose Precision after getting a disappointing response from 2 other companies. I did a Google search and Precision showed up. I was thrilled to see the 24x7 hours. I had a problem with my remote control and couldn't get into my garage via the emergency release. Your technician worked diligently to finally get the door open and he helped me reset the remote and keypad. Thank you so much for the service!

Presicion had done service for us before, so, naturally I called when I saw a service provided through Amazon. I did not contact Amazon, but called Precision directly. I had not realized that I had a life time warranty so I was glad that I had called Precision instead of dealing with Amazon. Bill did an excellent job and ordered materials for further repair which I requested. Rating is five star.

Customer service was excellent! Our tech called to ask if he could arrive early which shocked me. Compare that to the cable company that gave me a 12 hour window and came at the very end. The tech was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a good, better and best estimate for what needed to be repaired. I was very impressed by the different options and also the warranties that came with the option I chose. It seems like Precision truly cares about customers and stands behind their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I choose Precision Door Service based on the excellent ratings and reviews that were posted on their website. I'm glad I did! The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Not only did he remedy the noisy door problem in a timely and professional manner but he also aided an injured neighbor who sustained a head injury. Way to go Zoran!
