We called Precision to (initially) repair a busted garage spring. We were kept up to date on arrival times, and even received an expedited service call as both our cars were trapped in the garage. Zoran was our tech. He was here for over 4 hours, repairing and installing all custom work for our (previously) extremely wonky garage door, including a new opener and torsion spring system. Zoran was entirely professional and awesome to work with. He kept us updated on every part, cost, option, etc. We highly recommend Precision! It's always refreshing to find a fantastic, local company that performs exceptional work.

We had an emergency situation when one of our springs broke and I could not manually lift the door to get our car out. I called one company which could not come for three days ("It's Friday, you know!"), another did not return the message I left on their voice mail, and Precision which did not have an available technician but since one would be leaving work in a short while at the end of his work day, he stopped and completed the repair in a quick and very friendly manner. I'm VERY impressed with your service and though the charge was a lot of money for someone on a fixed income, it was less than I'd paid for the same repair 3 years earlier. Because they are a local company and I found them online. a live person answered my call immediately and incredibly were able to come fix my garage door that same afternoon! they sent me an email right away with photo's of the technicians so I would know who to expect. My tech, Al, was very polite, flexible, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called to confirm when he would be over, and arrived when expected. Al Fleming arrived within 40 minutes of my call. He was polite, personable and professional. Al showed me the problems and explained the cause in easily understandable terms. He replaced the cable and rollers on the garage door followed by checking for door leveling. I was very pleased with him and his work on my garage door. I will definitely call back Precision for any other work on the door, and, hopefully I can request Al to do the work.

I have a 70 year old home. Last winter the water pipes burst in the attic above the garage - 4 times- and water / ice cascaded over the front and sides of the door. Since then, the door has been noisy and definitely in need of some TLC. Enter Paul...on time, friendly and at task to complete a basic replacement of all door parts, rollers, drums, springs, etc.. Now I have a quiet door that seems to move effortlessly. Thanks!
