With what could have been a very stressful situation, Matt fixed everything as smoothly as possible, getting me out of my garage. He was very open about the price of everything and made sure I understood what each piece in my garage door system was doing and what it was supposed to look like. He was very honest about what needed fixed and made things very clear and my garage door running smoothly within an hour. It was great service.

Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Not only did he remedy the noisy door problem in a timely and professional manner but he also aided an injured neighbor who sustained a head injury. Way to go Zoran! Because Bill Adamini did such an excellent and professional job a few weeks ago. I actually asked him then if he would personally install the replacement bottom panel for my garage door when the ordered part came in. I was lucky to have him back to do this job. All my comments about him from a previous review (5/15/15) still hold true. I give him 5 stars. There is something I'd like to mention. When I ordered the replacement door panel, I was supposed to get a call from your office when the part came in so I can set up an appointment for the installation. I never got a call, so I called your office on 6/5/15 in the a.m. and I was told that this message was going to be given to the "supervisor (?)" and I will be called back. I never got a call, so I called back in the p.m. since it was a Friday.

Chris came out today and overhauled my springs, rollers, end caps, etc. The house was built in 1979, so it was time... He arrived on time, performed an overall assessment, explained details about the new hardware components, and generally made the experience fairly painless. I will add that my selection of Precision was in large part due to the 24 hour call center and website reviews. It was great dealing with such a responsive company, and especially with competent professionals such as Chris.

Technician Bill Adamini was very friendly, took his time to review my garage door problem (one broken spring). He was so helpful that I decided to have a new opener installed. He took his time explaining what can be done and did his work promptly and then explained how everything worked and even programmed one of my car's home link remote. At the end I decided to order a bottom panel for my garage door which had shown some rusting, but I requested that he be the one to install it when it comes. He promised he will. Good job by Bill! 5 Stars
