The day before Thanksgiving my garage door came down at an angle and became unusable. We called Precision and they scheduled an appointment for 8am the day after Thanksgiving. Zoran Jovanovic was the technician that was assigned and he called that Friday morning to give me an estimated arrival time, which I appreciated since I had family in town so I knew when I would have to step away. Zoran immediately started diagnosing the multiple issues that existed, explaining the causes and potential solutions. He recommended a rebuild of the garage door hardware that was worn out and after further discussion I decided to have the old garage door opener replaced as well (it was old and well past its useful life). Zoran was able to start work immediately and completed the rebuild and garage door opener installation within a few hours. The difference in operation and noise levels is amazing and the door works perfectly now. The final cost was what was estimated, which was very reasonable given the work required. I would definitely hire Precision again and highly recommend them to others for any garage door needs.

My technician (Zoran) was very professional and courteous. He arrived in the specified time with an advance phone call letting me know he was on the way. He took the time to explain what the issues were and why they happened or needed repair. He gave me different options for repairing my garage door while explaining the advantages and disadvantages and then letting me make an informed decision. I did not feel pressured to do one over the other. The garage was fixed to my satisfaction and has a lifetime warranty!

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday, and by Noon on Saturday I had a new garage door opener, a pad for the bottom of the door, and the rollers in the tracks inspected and repaired. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price, and the technician Matt. Matt told me he would be there in the morning, showed-up on-time, and walked me through everything he was going to do and priced the cost of the job right then. After he was done, Matt explained how to use the new accessories I didn't have before for the garage and the door opener. There are a lot of nice extras like the garage lights automatically coming on when I enter the garage through the house. The belt driven garage door opener is so quiet, especially compared to my old chain driven garage door opener. I am a very picky consumer so believe me when I say if I am happy you will be happy too. I highly recommend you call them before you go anywhere else.
