MY residential garage door decided to "blow up" as I was on my way out of town. Something slipped and before I knew it parts were falling and I could barely get it back down and latched. My wife called Precision and they gave us a quick appointment (I know December is a busy month). The service tech put it all back together and tuned it up. Called office and they called back right away, tried to trouble shoot over the phone, and offered same day service. They came out next day, on time. Cable broke on garage door as I was closing it last Saturday. Found Precision on cover of phone book and called. Relieved that repairman was out within several hours. Took less than an hr to fix. Everyone was very professional & polite. From gal who answered phone to repairman Zoran. He explained what was wrong, the fix & the pricing. If I should need future repairs, Z said they try to send out same repairman. Company confirms service call with an email, name & pic of who was coming & what to expect. Highly recommended.

I called about a broken spring this morning & Zoran arrived right on time at 2 pm this afternoon. He inspected the door and components. Advised me as to why the spring may have broken. He also identified a few things that another company did which needed repair. We went over pricing and he completed the work. I would highly recommend Zoran. He was courtious and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he cared about doing a good job.

5 stars Keypad not working first thing thus am (0500). Opened with cable with much difficulty. Then jammed; would not fully close. Made after work appointment for 4pm. Tech called to come earlier. Off work early so agreed. Tried door again with remote when I arrived home. Now working. Tried to cancel. Tech already down the street. William Coad still came by to talk with me about what happen. Gave some suggestions. Very professional. Did not charge me as door working when he arrived. I have used service before. Very happy with everything.
