We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! The service technician and the installers were timely, professional and knowledgeable. We wouldn't think of hiring any other company. Thank you Precision Door!!

MY residential garage door decided to "blow up" as I was on my way out of town. Something slipped and before I knew it parts were falling and I could barely get it back down and latched. My wife called Precision and they gave us a quick appointment (I know December is a busy month). The service tech put it all back together and tuned it up. Called office and they called back right away, tried to trouble shoot over the phone, and offered same day service. They came out next day, on time. Explained what was wrong and kindly spoke to the home warranty service and my husband as well. Rebuilt the door same day. Didn't know it could be so quiet or move so smooth!
