Our technician Bill arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely courteous, professional and diligent. He had the problem diagnosed and solved in a very efficient amount of time. “Z” was early and very courteous. He explained everything he needed to do to get our garage door working like normal again. I figured he would have to come back to do the job since it was a lot of work. He said nope he would get it done in about 2-3 hours even though it was 4:00PM. Could not have asked for Better service ! Felt confident with your ad but the real satisfaction came when our installer John Gilles arrived with full knowledge of what to do to solve our problem! I called them around 6:00pm on a Wednesday. They came at 8:30am the next morning. The entire garage door opener was replaced by 10:30am. Not cheap, but very good service.

We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced!
