We were very pleased with our recent experience with Precision Door. Obviously, same day availability especially with the recent inclement weather is huge. Our technician Bill arrived ahead of schedule and was extremely courteous, professional and diligent. He had the problem diagnosed and solved in a very efficient amount of time. “Z” was early and very courteous. He explained everything he needed to do to get our garage door working like normal again. I figured he would have to come back to do the job since it was a lot of work. He said nope he would get it done in about 2-3 hours even though it was 4:00PM. The work was done right this time st a very reasonable price. Thank you very much

Very glad that I chose to use Precision for a new garage door opener. Paul arrived on schedule, was very personable, informative, helpful and did not push me to buy anything I did not need. He worked quickly, did not leave a mess and explained how to operate everything . All in all a very professional job and experience. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! The service technician and the installers were timely, professional and knowledgeable. We wouldn't think of hiring any other company. Thank you Precision Door!!
