We have used Precision in the past and were very pleased, so called again when we needed service. Zoran, the tech, was very prompt and efficient in arriving and installing the replacement door opener. We will definitely use Precision again when the need arises.

Will the service tech was very professional, informative, and tell me what is required to have a safe operating door. Will was very professional in not be pushy over the 3 choices of repairs I had to choose from. He took the time to explain the difference of each and even helped to get me to write a post dated check for the next week. Will also pointed out to me what I would need for the other 2 garage doors. Please give Will a comendation for how he handled this service call.

I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday, and by Noon on Saturday I had a new garage door opener, a pad for the bottom of the door, and the rollers in the tracks inspected and repaired. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price, and the technician Matt. Matt told me he would be there in the morning, showed-up on-time, and walked me through everything he was going to do and priced the cost of the job right then. After he was done, Matt explained how to use the new accessories I didn't have before for the garage and the door opener. There are a lot of nice extras like the garage lights automatically coming on when I enter the garage through the house. The belt driven garage door opener is so quiet, especially compared to my old chain driven garage door opener. I am a very picky consumer so believe me when I say if I am happy you will be happy too. I highly recommend you call them before you go anywhere else.

With what could have been a very stressful situation, Matt fixed everything as smoothly as possible, getting me out of my garage. He was very open about the price of everything and made sure I understood what each piece in my garage door system was doing and what it was supposed to look like. Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

The service call was made to repair a noisy and very annoying garage door. My technician (Zoran Jovanovic) did an outstanding job explaining what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. Not only did he remedy the noisy door problem in a timely and professional manner but he also aided an injured neighbor who sustained a head injury. Way to go Zoran! I had precision come out to do a garage door tune-up and inspection. The service tech was awesome. He was on time, very pleasant and after outlining what he was going to do, he went out and did a very thorough job. I would strongly recommend Precision and the tech who serviced our home.
