I phoned Precision because the cable snapped on one of my garage bay doors. They arranged for a serviceman to fix it that very afternoon. I was stunned. Right after being stunned, I was impressed at the professional website accompanying the confirmation of the appointment. The website included assurances that the service person would be driving a truck with the company's name on it and be wearing a uniform. I was told the name of the person assigned to my repair and was able to see his photograph and read reviews previous customers had posted about him. John Franks phoned to tell me he was on the way to my house and provided an arrival time. He was exactly on time. He looked at the job and made an assessment to see if there were any other critical fixes the bay door needed. You know repairmen always find some other critical fix. But John Franks did not tell me any stories that implied impending doom if I did not lay out more money for repairs. In fact, he didn't even charge me for the service call. This guy is a professional and deserving of all the complements written by previous customers. I will always call Precision when I have a garage door problem.

Very satisfied. Late in the day on Memorial Day my garage door would not open, either with the opener or manually. When I called Precision the following morning I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment which included the name and photo of the technician, Will Coad, as well as his reviews. I found this extremely valuable not only from a safety standpoint but also as a consumer to be able to read what others said about their experience with this technician. Will called ahead of the scheduled appointment to see if I was agreeable to an earlier time as he was in the area. This worked out well for me since I could not get my car out of the garage and I needed to be somewhere in the evening. I felt Will gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (broken spring) and did not try to push me into purchasing a new door or opener. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and a new door or opener is just not in the cards right now. I would call Precision again should the need arise.

Paul came out to repair my garage door opener. Hos technical knowledge was impressive on its own. But his customer service was fantastic. He conducted an inspection of my opener and determined what was wrong, but went further by offering me options on how to correct the issues. Installer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My only issue was the cost. I was quoted $185 to replace my broken door spring but the installer said he couldn't replace just one spring so it was twice as much to replace the broken one plus the spring that wasn't broken. And because their new springs mounted to the center plate differently, they also replaced that (another $90 for that little piece of metal) to bring the total bill to $460.
