I called them around 6:00pm on a Wednesday. They came at 8:30am the next morning. The entire garage door opener was replaced by 10:30am. Not cheap, but very good service.

We are so happy with our new garage door. While we had to wait because it was a special order door, it was well worth it!! Unfortunately, the new door had a noticeable scratch but all it took was a call to Precision and the entire panel was replaced! MY residential garage door decided to "blow up" as I was on my way out of town. Something slipped and before I knew it parts were falling and I could barely get it back down and latched. My wife called Precision and they gave us a quick appointment (I know December is a busy month). The service tech put it all back together and tuned it up.
