The technician arrived early and was very efficient and knowledgeable about different systems. He found the problem (poor installation and shoddy wiring by the original installer). fixed the door and was finished in no time.

Our springs broke at the worst possible time and during the coldest weather of the year. The tech, Al came out on Monday to look at the job; and, on Tuesday the new springs were installed by him. Thanks for such professional and speedy service.

Bill arrived right on time to what I thought would be a repair job on our existing garage door opener. Our old opener was 20 years old and could not be repaired. Bill explained my options and I decided on a new opener. Bill is very courteous, friendly, and has a great work ethic. He installed the new opener the same day, and returned the following morning in -8 degree weather to finish the weatherstripping. I would recommend Bill to everyone.

Competitor needed two days to get a repairman out. I called Precision at 11:30, and was given a 1pm-3pm availability window the same day. Bill showed up by 12:30 after calling ahead to ask if it would be OK to show up early. He was quick and professional, and the job was finished within 2 hours. The level of service and the quality of the technician is a tough combination to beat. Bill was great. Works like a charm now.

I love the way my garage door operates now. It raises and lowers so quietly and smoothly that I have to look back to see if it is working. After the technician (Zoran) inspected the door he explained what was good and what was bad. Then he fixed it. My only regret is that I didn't call Precision first. the first two garage door repair businesses immediately refused me because of my location or because (sound of voice) just didn't want to be bothered. Thank you Precision!

I'm impressed with the service! It's about 10 degrees outside this morning and yet your service tech (Bill) greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on repairing my garage door. He fixed the door and did a safety inspection. He pointed out a couple things that need to be taken care -- and he did this without a heavy sales pitch. Precision provided me with an email naming my technician and identifying him by picture and bio minutes after making the appointment. Paul arrived promptly in a Precision truck, Precusuib labled clothing and ID, listened to my concerns and went right to work diagnosing my problem. He also provided me with options for future consideration and the rationale for such suggestions. There was no upsell pressure and his demeanor was friendly and reassuring. I am impressed with Precision from my first view of the home page to the wave goodbye to Paul as he drove away!

I have twice needed service recently for my property at 273 Bridgewater and your technician Matt Petroff was terrific. Prompt, capable, courteous and efficient. The second time was somewhat of an emergency and he was there ahead of schedule-getting same day service in this day and age is most appreciated. It is sad to say, in these days I very rarely find a sercie company and its people praiseworthy. I am something of a national authority on marketing and will be sure to mention your company and Matt favorably in an upcoming issue of the No BS Marketing Letter.
