I am very pleased to write this review. I give Precision five (5) stars. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back, I was able to speak to a person and set an appointment. The Technician was at my home by 8:30 A.M. and finished before 11:00 A.M. He was professional, personable, thorough and courteous. He gave complete explanations, offered options and did an excellent job. I will recommend Precision to my friends and relatives. I am thoroughly pleased.

Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. I also had my metal rollers replaced with vinyl rollers and my garage door is a little quieter. I will be a returning customer to have a new chain drive put in to replace the current outdated one. I am a satisfied customer

"AWESOME" Customer service beyond compare first from Jason Swartz. Then Ryan Freeman comes to install the door and puts the icing on the cake with his knowledge, experience and superb customer service. I can hardly believe that he took down my old garage door and assembly and replace the new garage door without assistance. I read the many written reviews concerning this company before I made my decision, after all this was an investment. However the price was great and the reviews are certainly true. Service was excellent, as advertised. I called at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and repair tech arrived around 3pm, completed work by 4:15pm, and that included some unexpected wrinkles in the job. Al replaced our broken torsion spring, mounted a new center plate for it, installed new rollers, and replaced a broken cable, all with great efficiency on a pretty cold day. Thanks, Al and Precision. Anthony Wise arrived promptly at my home and explained and demonstrated what was causing problems with my opener. Since he felt it is was at least 30 years old I had the Lift Master premium Series opener installed. He did a nice job installing, also explaining the opener and cleaning up all the mess. He was pleasant and efficient and hopefully I will have this garage door opener a long time! Also appreciate the prompt service after placing the call and not being told that you were too busy like the first company I called.

Very professional, prompt. They called beforehand and left when they said they would. Repairman was courteous and professional. I would use them again, unlike the company I used before who installed a garage door opener on a garage door that soon fell apart because of lack of support.

We have an attached garage and the overhead door was stopped and stuck in a half open position. Using the yellow pages, I called two other companies first and was told they couldn't come out until the next day. Your ad stated 24/7 service and was confirmed by the girl answering the phone at 4:00 P.M Your installer Z arrived about 5:00. The motor on the opener was burned out and needed replacing. We were not familiar with your product or company but when Z talked about it in depth, we were impressed. He installed Lift Master Opener in an hour and a half but spent much more time patiently explaining everything he thought we needed to know. He was a good representative for your company; knowledgeable, polite and didn't rush us into a decision.

What a truly great company! We had trouble with a broken spring but the tech also pointed out issues with the cable and rollers. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous.
