Precision replaced our three garage doors. From the first call, Precision was very responsive to our inquiries about style to fit with our historic home, energy efficiency, cost, and installation. We dealt with Al Fleming throughout the process, and he was instrumental in making sure the doors fit and operated smoothly without significant changes to the structure of the openings. At all times, Precision got back to us in a timely fashion, worked with us as to scheduling, and were reliable in all aspects of the project. Just recently purchased a house and had the garage door opener fail within 2 weeks. Had heard about Precision through a neighbor, but also found them on the internet through a web search. Was very impressed by the reviews. Called Saturday morning -- technician Paul arrived in the afternoon -- diagnosed the problems and installed a new opener and hardware immediately. We were very impressed with the service -- from the initial phone call to Paul's excellent work. Definitely would recommend Precision!

I am very pleased with Anthony's workmanship and his knowledge of how to properly replace my garage door snap latch. While the garage door snap latch may appear to be a small part, there is a tremendous amount of labor and precision required to get the part fitted properly. Anthony did a terrific job!

I am very pleased to write this review. I give Precision five (5) stars. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back, I was able to speak to a person and set an appointment. The Technician was at my home by 8:30 A.M. and finished before 11:00 A.M. He was professional, personable, thorough and courteous. He gave complete explanations, offered options and did an excellent job. I will recommend Precision to my friends and relatives. Setting the garage door remote to a new car was confusing both in the car manual and on the opener. Anthony and I were able to eventually figure it out. As has been my experience the service and response from Precision Garage Door was exceptional.

Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. I also had my metal rollers replaced with vinyl rollers and my garage door is a little quieter. I will be a returning customer to have a new chain drive put in to replace the current outdated one. I am a satisfied customer

"AWESOME" Customer service beyond compare first from Jason Swartz. Then Ryan Freeman comes to install the door and puts the icing on the cake with his knowledge, experience and superb customer service. I can hardly believe that he took down my old garage door and assembly and replace the new garage door without assistance. I read the many written reviews concerning this company before I made my decision, after all this was an investment. However the price was great and the reviews are certainly true.
