I am very impressed with your company. Not many companies spend time on customer service these days. It was refreshing to have a technician of Bill Adamini ability, knowledge and great personality come out check out our garage door. Though we had no repair he did a complete check of the door and the garage door opener. He lubricated the tracks and opener rail and took the time to explain the things that could fail and offer solutions. You know that your dealing with a good company when the employees speak highly of company and their colleagues. Thanks for the great service.

The service Tech was Craig, he was 6 hours early but fortunately somebody was home to grant him access to the garage. Outside of having to go back to the shop for parts, he was very very polite and professional. I only gave 4 stars because I think ya'll are priced a bit high and this rating should not reflect on Cig who deserves 5 stars.

I rate the overall service a 5. The technician did call ahead of time to let me know he was running a little behind schedule and would call me when he was on his way, which he did. The technician Bill Adamini arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. The techican explained the course of action needed to for repairing the garage door. Upon completion he demonstrated the corrections maxed.

My service tech was Bill Adam uni and he was awesome. He contacted me in advance to introduce himself and I told him what I thought was the problem. Bill was prompt and explained the problem and what needed to be done. Once completed, he showed me what he repaired, had me check the door. Bill has excellent customer service skills and I give him a rating of 5 and the overall experience a rating of 5 also.

I was thoroughly impressed with my entire Precision experience, from my initial call to the final installation and repair. The email appointment confirmation was a great touch and very helpful. My technician, Anthony Wise, called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and demonstrated everything to me. Anthony was so efficient, he was done in such a short period of time. I was amazed. garage door bottom seal replaced (ground hog chewed old one trying to escape garage!) - service technician (Anthony Wise) was prompt, courteous, fast, explained everything and answered all my questions - chose Precision for service because they installed garage door opener several years ago and I was pleased with their service at that time - Precision's advertising gives the appearance of professionalism and conveys the impression that they "mean business" - very pleased with their service

Springs broke on our garage door and Matt came out and explained the how a garage door functions from top to bottom. His through explanation helped us make the decison to replace all parts due to the fact that they were also ready to break. He saved us about $300 overall with the package he presented to us.

My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.
