Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems. If I ever need service again, I will definitely call Precision Door.

We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

We had found that our garage door wouldn't close, and called Precision and they were able to schedule us for the next day. Anthony, the service technician, arrived on time, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was professional and gave us an accurate estimate.

The release cord did not work during a power outage which resulted in our having to cancel an appointment. When I called I was told there might be a service fee assessed if it was found that the parts were not under warranty. I did not feel that was warranted since the door opener was fairly new. I contacted the main office by email and was promptly contacted by Jeff, the owner of the facility which we had used. He listened to my complaint and arranged for a technician to come and inspect and repair at no charge. The technician, Anthony, was prompt and efficient. He replaced the part and then demonstrated how to use the cord release and how to re-engage it. He also allowed for me to do a return demonstration to insure that I understood.

This past Friday I was closing my garage door when the spring completely broke. I googled area garage door service/repair companies and Precision was one of the first on the list. I called and actually spoke with a real person, who tried to get a technician out to me that day. When she was unable she said she could have someone out the next day for no additional charge. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town through the weekend so she scheduled an appointment for Monday between 8 & 10AM. Around 8:15 I received a phone call from Bill Adamini saying he was en route and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed my garage door situation and explained to me that not only were my springs bad but my cables were fraying as well. He walked me through step by step what was wrong with my garage door and why he wasn't able to fix certain parts of it. My house was built in 1949 so many of the parts are not even made anymore. I inquired about purchasing a new garage door altogether and he was able to give me information on that as well, along with quotes. He ended up fixing the springs and said that if I were interested in purchasing a garage door through Precision that the total I paid for the springs would be deducted from the garage door total. Also, he did not charge me a service fee for coming out to my house. He was polite, courteous, and friendly and explained things to me in detail. He documented everything and then showed me at the end what his write up looked like. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for prompt,reliable and professional service.

We do our best to provide same day service but are not always able to accomplish this, but we will arrive first thing the next day. No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.
