Thank you for your feedback Mrs. Thrush. Unfortunately, garage doors usually malfunction at the most inconvenient time. We do our best to provide same day service but are not always able to accomplish this, but we will arrive first thing the next day. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and our technicians take that very seriously. We will go above and beyond to take care of our customers.

No sooner than I had sent an email to Precision describing the problem with the overhead door, I received a helpful phone call and a next day appointment. Mr. Jovanovic called ahead as promised. He examined and then described in lay terms the root causes of the malfunction. In detail, he described options with sufficient information to enable the level of work I thought I could afford. When I asked, Zoran explained what he would do if it were his home and why. I had to leave but we arranged a time for my return so he could show what was done and explain programming the remote. Am grateful, and I would heartily recommend this company and Mr. Jovanovic.

I was in great need for my moom's garage door to be repaired right away. I choose out of the phone book the company closest to my Mom's address. I am very satisfied in the choice that I made. Precision replaced our three garage doors. From the first call, Precision was very responsive to our inquiries about style to fit with our historic home, energy efficiency, cost, and installation. We dealt with Al Fleming throughout the process, and he was instrumental in making sure the doors fit and operated smoothly without significant changes to the structure of the openings. At all times, Precision got back to us in a timely fashion, worked with us as to scheduling, and were reliable in all aspects of the project. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Precision to anyone in need of new garage doors.

Just recently purchased a house and had the garage door opener fail within 2 weeks. Had heard about Precision through a neighbor, but also found them on the internet through a web search. Was very impressed by the reviews. Called Saturday morning -- technician Paul arrived in the afternoon -- diagnosed the problems and installed a new opener and hardware immediately. We were very impressed with the service -- from the initial phone call to Paul's excellent work. Definitely would recommend Precision!

I am very pleased with Anthony's workmanship and his knowledge of how to properly replace my garage door snap latch. While the garage door snap latch may appear to be a small part, there is a tremendous amount of labor and precision required to get the part fitted properly. Anthony did a terrific job!

Mr. Petroff was a joy to have in our home . He is very courteous and instatntly built a relationship with me by his very complete explanation concerning the condition of our door. I felt that this was a very professional description of what the problem was and how it should be fixed . I also felt that he had our safety in mind as his utmost concern . I felt totally at ease with him and felt that he was very trust worthy . Mr Petroff is an excellent ambassador for Precision Door because of the quality of his technical expertise and the manner in which he interacted with me personally . I thank you very much for sending him and I give both Mr. Petroff and Precision Door A FIVE STAR RATING . This high mark is very hard to get from me because I am a craftsman in another area . Mr. Petroff keeps a very neat van and assures me that all the people , equipment and staff at Precision are top flight . Matt is one of the best service people I have ever encountered. He explained everything very clearly and made me feel good about having the extensive repair I hadn't expected. My confidence came from a number of places - the detail on the web-site, ratings on Angie's List, a recommendation from my Son, the responsiveness of the call center, the email with a picture of the technician and finally; most importantly, the knowledge and professionalism of the technician, Will Coad. I am sorry that I have to have my garage door replaced, but happy that your company is doing the work. The door is now on order, when the work is complete I will post a review on Angie's List.

I am very pleased to write this review. I give Precision five (5) stars. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a call back, I was able to speak to a person and set an appointment. The Technician was at my home by 8:30 A.M. and finished before 11:00 A.M. He was professional, personable, thorough and courteous. He gave complete explanations, offered options and did an excellent job. I will recommend Precision to my friends and relatives. I am thoroughly pleased.

Setting the garage door remote to a new car was confusing both in the car manual and on the opener. Anthony and I were able to eventually figure it out. As has been my experience the service and response from Precision Garage Door was exceptional.

Good morning, On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Mr. Anthony Wise came out to repair my garage door. I must say he did an excellent job and also had given me tips on how to maintain my garage door. I also had my metal rollers replaced with vinyl rollers and my garage door is a little quieter. I will be a returning customer to have a new chain drive put in to replace the current outdated one. I am a satisfied customer

This past Friday I was closing my garage door when the spring completely broke. I googled area garage door service/repair companies and Precision was one of the first on the list. I called and actually spoke with a real person, who tried to get a technician out to me that day. When she was unable she said she could have someone out the next day for no additional charge. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town through the weekend so she scheduled an appointment for Monday between 8 & 10AM. Around 8:15 I received a phone call from Bill Adamini saying he was en route and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed my garage door situation and explained to me that not only were my springs bad but my cables were fraying as well. He walked me through step by step what was wrong with my garage door and why he wasn't able to fix certain parts of it. My house was built in 1949 so many of the parts are not even made anymore. I inquired about purchasing a new garage door altogether and he was able to give me information on that as well, along with quotes. He ended up fixing the springs and said that if I were interested in purchasing a garage door through Precision that the total I paid for the springs would be deducted from the garage door total. Also, he did not charge me a service fee for coming out to my house. He was polite, courteous, and friendly and explained things to me in detail. He documented everything and then showed me at the end what his write up looked like. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for prompt,reliable and professional service.
