My garage door opener was not working, so I googled key words "garage door opener repair". The first search result was a listing for Cleveland Garage Door (Precision). I chose Precision because of the accreditations and the great reviews on this website. The young lady who booked my appointment was very nice, knowledgeable, and very professional. Much to my surprise, within a matter of minutes of booking the appointment, I received a phone call from Anthony, and he arrived at my home in less than 10 minutes. Anthony was very nice and thorough. He explained what the problem was and did what I thought was a very professional job at a reasonable price in a relatively short period of time. Anthony's assistant was also very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision if I need repairs or a new garage door opener or garage door. I feel confident they would do a great job.

Perhaps your review will be the determining factor in another person calling us for service to their garage door. We promise a prompt response but in your case, we outdid ourselves. I was very impressed with Zoran, our technician. He took his time explaining the condition of our garage door and the options we had to make the door work at its best. Was very surprised you could respond so quickly to my predicament, much more so in that it was a Sunday morning. Mr. Wise was not only professional in his appearance, but also in the actual performance and explanations of his repair procedure; all the while keeping a friendly demeanor. Precision sent a service rep within two hours of my call. My garage door rollers had come out of the track and would not close which was a security issue for me. Anthony arrived and fixed the door promptly. He was polite and knowledgable. He provided his card and contact information if there were any further problems. If I ever need service again, I will definitely call Precision Door.

We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Will was the tech that serviced my garage door. He was on time for the appointment and was able to point out several small items that contributed to the issues we were having. Thank you for the outstanding Customer Service that I received from Dispatcher to the Technician. Mr. Bill Adamini, is a true professional and the customer service that I received from arrival to departure could not be measured and he did not try to overprice the repair and that was greatly appreciated. We did not experience this service from a previous Garage Door company that we had previously did business with. Mr. Adamini is an asset to Precision Door.

We had found that our garage door wouldn't close, and called Precision and they were able to schedule us for the next day. Anthony, the service technician, arrived on time, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was professional and gave us an accurate estimate.

The release cord did not work during a power outage which resulted in our having to cancel an appointment. When I called I was told there might be a service fee assessed if it was found that the parts were not under warranty. I did not feel that was warranted since the door opener was fairly new. I contacted the main office by email and was promptly contacted by Jeff, the owner of the facility which we had used. He listened to my complaint and arranged for a technician to come and inspect and repair at no charge. The technician, Anthony, was prompt and efficient. He replaced the part and then demonstrated how to use the cord release and how to re-engage it. He also allowed for me to do a return demonstration to insure that I understood.
