Bill did a great job, was prompt, friendly, and clear about the work needed. He did all this in -17 degree weather! Door works great. My only issue is I feel precision prices are a bit high, even with a warranty. But I feel they did a very quality job and were there quickly even in horrendous weather.

Precision responded on a Saturday in June to fix and replace a worn out opener and I ended up spending more than I budgeted on garage door accessories (springs, wires, brackets, etc. ) that needed replacement. Because of the doors age it still occasionally malfunctioned and I would have to adjust it. In January the sensors kept the garage door from closing at all. I gave up and called thinking I would have to pony up some more money. When it was snowing and 23 degrees outside, technician Jim Boland returned and treated it like a call back. He assessed the problem and quickly created a solution that worked. It is great to know they stand behind their work. I wished I would have called earlier, and given the cold weather, I bet Jim does too.

Mr Wise was pleasant and professional. Suggested new door installation but did not push. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. I like the fact that your installers are drug tested and I also like your same day service.

I choose Precision from the phone book. I was pleased with the person taking my information as she was very helpful. The time of the appointment was satisfactory and Paul called gave an estimated time of arrival and was here as excepted. He reviewed the problem, checked what needed to done and gave me the option to pick what work I needed done. Paul reviewed what he did and if anything didn't work I could call and a service call would be made. A rating of 5.

Bill Adams was the technician. He repaired my rollers and the bracket which held the springs. Very kind guy was efficient and knew what he was doing. It was a pleasure having them fix my garage

My Garage Door broke this morning at about 8am. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a young lady and she scheduled an appt. for between 9 and 12am. Paul Broschk called about 9am and said he would be here in 15 min. He was and the service was excellent. The garage door was stuck and it would not go up or down. The service was prompt, Paul was Courtious and the job was done and I am Happy. Thank you for a job well done.
