I called Precision Garage Door when the original pulley & cable system on my attached garage (from my 50-year old home) let go. The company's Web site, by introducing its staff, made me feel comfortable about the decision to make the appointment. Our techician, Bill Adamini, was professional, courteous, and very approachable. He answered all questions, provided additional info, efficiently installed new equipment needed and cleaned up thoroughtly afterward. My son and I were very pleased with the result and felt that we had met a new friend.

I chose Precision because after a few phone calls they were the only ones able to come out on the same day I called. My garage needed repaired (multiple problems) and it was well beyond repair for someone who did not know what they were doing. The professional (Will) called me 20 minutes before he came out (which is appreciated) and was on time from what I was told over the phone when I made the appointment. He was very pleasant, honest and professional. They gave me a fair price and the work was done that day and it works as if it was new now. Highly recomended to anyone in need of repairs to their garage door. Thank you for your help!

I would highly recommend Precision Door. They were fast, professional, polite and knew what they were doing. The springs on my 2 1/2 car garage door broke and the door could not be opened. They were out the next day and had it up and running in an hour!!!

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

The technician called ahead to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work surveying the situation and as a result offering 3 choice estimates. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable about his craft. When I called Precision for service call, the receptionist that answered was very polite and courteous. The technician Ryan was on time for the appointment and he too was polite and courteous (I am guessing that this a typical attitude with your employees) He explained all of the repairs needed after which I decide that it was more cost effective to replace the door instead of making the repair. Ryan ordered the door and scheduled the install for the next day He did a great job installing our new garage door. I would recommend your company to anyone needed a garage door repair
