When Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Broschk arrived to our home to repair our garage door springs, his first response was to evaluate the entire functionality of the garage door. The door was in need of a real tune-up. Paul Broschk presented us with three repair scenarios at three separate price points. We choose the mid-rage repair option was very pleased with the outcome. I found my experience to be most enjoyable. I called on a Sunday and spoke to an employee. You can imagine how surprised I was. Then a technician came to assess my garage door. Ryan is the technician who came today to install my 2 new doors. There was quite a lot to do but he was very efficient and had both doors completed before the time they said it would take. I'm still looking at my new doors. From start to finish everyone I encountered was very knowledgable and helpful. I would highly recommend your company. Thank you.

I called this morning around 11 am for a garage door opener repair because the door would not go down. I got a 4-6 pm appointment. The technician was there around 4. The job was complete shortly after 4:30.

I chose Precision as I saw they were highly rated, along with BBB and Angie's list. I had another company previously put in a door and because of their poor work standard and installation, I am faced with a repair of a door that is less than 5 years old. My technician, Will , was so helpful and was very knowledgeable about the door and how the damage happened. He was very pleasant and I look forward to working with him. He took time to explain all the different parts that needed repair and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

William Coad was the technician - prompt, solved problem other companies hadn't (saying type of rubber molding at door bottom no longer manufactured). He improvised & installed satisfactory substitute, also lubricated and tested door for good operation, pointed out other impending operational needs. Overall very satisfied and would call this company again in future. Five stars.

Zoran was my technican and he is awesome. The week before he installed a new garage door opener and it is wonderful. Zoran then came back the following week and replaced my spring, rollers and cable. it is like I have a brand new door. I would highly recommend Precision . They are awesome.

My garage door was stuck and I couldn't get my car out, so I needed fast service. A technician (Paul) arrived at my house little more than an hour after I called. (Another service I called earlier said it couldn't help me until the next day.) The door had several serious problems. Paul handled them all in less than two hours. We knew there were some problems with the garage door from the sounds. I purchased a door inspection package from Angie's List and Anthony came to work on the door. We originally had the door installed by Precision 11 years ago and he had all the information. He looked the door over and recommended a lifetime warranty package to fix the springs, cables and other moving parts. Anthony worked efficiently and was done quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable. The door works beautifully.

My technician Zoran Jovanovic was great. I needed a new opener and he installed it in no time. I would highly recommend Precision .

Your Technician, Will, came out to give us an estimate on a new garage door. He was punctual, careful, considerate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out out about the problems with the old door and proceeded to suggest a new door that exactly suites our needs. We look forward to the new door and believe Precision deserves its 5 star rating. To clarify, the service performed was an estimate on a garage door, not installation! An order was placed for the door.

YP ad caught my eye. Motivated by 'Sunday service', expected quality service based on general layout and info in ad. Called for app't. Later, went to website and was very impressed with # & quality of reviews as well as pics. (Drug testing & background cks not so important -- just expect good technicians based on reviews.) Bill was superb in explaining, listening, and work. Very pleased with results. (New springs, rollers, cables,bearings, drums installed expertly.) Rating = 5.
