My service technician arrived a the beginning of the 4 hour time window the service coordinator mentioned for my repair. Bill was friendly and personable and fixed my door in a quick and timely fashion. I would highly recommend Precision door service to anyone needing a dependable, efficient and friendly company to help with their garage door repair.

As a Senior, Retired person, it is very gratifying to receive competent, professional service from such a respectful young man as Anthony Wise. He was on-time, worked diligently and explained all phases of his proposed work in an understandable fashion. I am hopeful to request service to install an opener later this year and will certainly relay my experience with Precision to friends and family. It is my opinion that Precision Door Management should be commended for employing such a five-star professional.

My garage door was working, however my remote wasn't. Anthony Wise arrived before me but was so kind telling me to take my time because the roads were icy and he could wait. He programed a new remote and then serviced my door replacing the rollers. It is now so quiet I can't believe it's the same door. I appreciate Precision sending me an email with a photo of the technician so I could feel safe. Anthony was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. 5 big stars. Thank you.

I responded to an Angieslist deal ($89.99) for tune-up. Also, needed diagnosis as door was doing as it pleased when opener was pressed. Due to their comprehensive website, I knew who was coming (name & photo), and when. Paul Broschk was my tech.. He was on time, courteous, informative, patient & quick. I do not know much about the "workings" of garage doors & other then Angieslist, did not do my normal research of other companies. Having said that, the parts & service seemed a bit pricey. New keypad, 2 openers, changed rollers & replaced motor...$550. Also, would have liked to receive hand held copy of receipt once I signed. All in all, great, timely service.

Bill did a great job, was prompt, friendly, and clear about the work needed. He did all this in -17 degree weather! Door works great. My only issue is I feel precision prices are a bit high, even with a warranty. But I feel they did a very quality job and were there quickly even in horrendous weather.

Precision responded on a Saturday in June to fix and replace a worn out opener and I ended up spending more than I budgeted on garage door accessories (springs, wires, brackets, etc. ) that needed replacement. Because of the doors age it still occasionally malfunctioned and I would have to adjust it. In January the sensors kept the garage door from closing at all. I gave up and called thinking I would have to pony up some more money. When it was snowing and 23 degrees outside, technician Jim Boland returned and treated it like a call back. He assessed the problem and quickly created a solution that worked. It is great to know they stand behind their work. I wished I would have called earlier, and given the cold weather, I bet Jim does too.

I choose Precision from the phone book. I was pleased with the person taking my information as she was very helpful. The time of the appointment was satisfactory and Paul called gave an estimated time of arrival and was here as excepted. He reviewed the problem, checked what needed to done and gave me the option to pick what work I needed done. Paul reviewed what he did and if anything didn't work I could call and a service call would be made. A rating of 5.

I called Precision to get an estimate on fixing our garage door opener and possibly adding a lock. An appointment was made very quickly and the technician, Anthony Wise came out right on time. He was very courteous and explained everything clearly. Our garage door opener was 20 years old and needed to be replaced plus the rollers. Anthony gave us our options with the prices and included the Angie's List discount and the Precision discount. He was able to do the work right there and had all the parts and the work was done in about 1.5 hours. I really appreciated the prompt service from the time I called to when the work was completed. I give Anthony Wise and Precision 5 stars. Very satisfied!
