I chose Precision Door because of the ability to call on Sunday evening when our garage door opener failed. A technician was promised to service the opener the next day. I have have to say I was really impressed with the whole service. The customer service department was able to set up an appointment very quickly. John called 15 minutes ahead and arrived promptly. He was congenial and professional. He genuinely showed enthusiasm for his work. I was worried that he would not be able to open the door as it seemed frozen to me and there is no window or side door to allow access inside, but when he was able push one side of the garage door in there was a metallic pop followed by the door opening. I had to resist going into Don Rickles mode; "What are you, some kind of garage door chiropractor?" But John looked around and made a recommendation. He explained why he was recommending certain things and how he would do them. He also never used any jargon and was clear and concise in his language. His work was done promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

I have been very impressed with Precision, and their business philosophy. The customer definitely comes first with Precision. They are available whenever you need them. Our door spring broke, and we were basically unable to get our cars out on a Saturday night. I got in touch with Precision by chat room, and was able to get the door fixed on Sunday morning. I don't know of another garage door company that offers that kind of service. Later we decided to replace the whole door since the one we had was builder's quality, and we wanted to upgrade. The new door was professionally installed and we are very happy with the whole process.

Very satisfied. Late in the day on Memorial Day my garage door would not open, either with the opener or manually. When I called Precision the following morning I was able to schedule a technician for the same day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment which included the name and photo of the technician, Will Coad, as well as his reviews. I found this extremely valuable not only from a safety standpoint but also as a consumer to be able to read what others said about their experience with this technician. Will called ahead of the scheduled appointment to see if I was agreeable to an earlier time as he was in the area. This worked out well for me since I could not get my car out of the garage and I needed to be somewhere in the evening. I felt Will gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (broken spring) and did not try to push me into purchasing a new door or opener. I am a senior citizen on a limited budget and a new door or opener is just not in the cards right now. I would call Precision again should the need arise.
